King Appliance deserves 0 stars. Worse experience I've ever had with an appliance man. He was rude, had no idea what he was doing. I have a brand new washing machine and he probably knew within 30 minutes he could not repair it but tore it apart and over 2 hours later said he could not fix it. Charged me a ridiculous amount. Do not ever use this man. Ever. He was rude also. Horrible experience. read more

You will not fing a more honest person. Jim is always on time, very professional and kind. He is VERY reasonably priced and won't begin repairs until you're well-aware of what the repairs will involve and what the cost will be. This man even came out the day before Thanksgiving to repair my refrigerator that was dying a horrible (and very loud) death a few years ago. I recommend him to anybody and everybody and have yet to hear one single negative thing about this man or his business. We need more businesses and businesspeople like him. read more
