(She'd lost a hubcap, and wasn't at all shy about delegating replacement-finding to these guys.) They did the work we needed promptly, at the price quoted. There was no hint of trying to up-sell her on anything - and they found her the hubcap by day's end too. And a couple days later, when the car had a squeak, they uncomplainingly checked - yes, just brake dust - and sent her on her way, without charging her for checking. All-round straight dealing, it seems. Friendly, knowledgeable folks. (Sure, the shop's not pristine, but I don't personally require that of a mechanic: mildly grubby's no problem, if you effectively do the work.) I'd surely recommend these folks.
