Prefacing this to say I have amazing teeth. It's genetic. I've never had one cavity, never had…read morebraces and my grandmother died with all her own teeth in her mouth. My teeth are very strong and I never have bloody gums or any other issues. I brush twice a day and floss every night before bed. My first visit, they took about a hundred x-rays (excessive), and the dentist did an exam, explained to me she was going to do a cleaning. She then went over the cost of different options and I told her I just wanted a cleaning because that's what my insurance would cover. She did the cleaning and they wanted me to come in a MONTH later for another cleaning (which my insurance doesn't cover). I told them I wouldn't be doing that. I then received a bill in the mail for $120. When calling to complain, they told me they didn't submit it to my insurance. So if I hand't called to complain, I would've been out $120. 6 months later, they called to tell me I was due for my 6 month cleaning (which my insurance covers), so I moved forward with scheduling the appointment. After receiving the date of the appointment I verbally confirmed I was just going to receive a basic cleaning. Lisa then told me a list of things the doctor would need to do. I explained that going to the dentist often feels like going to purchase a used car. All the add-ons and upsells are ridiculous. She interrupted me while I was speaking to further justify the services she previously listed. I waited until she finished and she asked me if I wanted to keep the appointment. I told her to just cancel it and as I was explaining why, she began talking over me and then hung up on me. Real great customer service - NOT. Dealing with a snotty receptionist whilst trying to get a dental appointment is not great service. Nice modern office, but don't charge your customers for unnecessary procedures just to subsidize your decor. And maybe don't put snotty people on your phones when dealing with patients.

They have been short on dental hygienists since the pandemic, but they do have a few new ones & new front desk staff working for them. Dr. Morrow's daughter is a new dentist & she just began working with her Dad this past year. If you pay by check you avoid a credit card surcharge. I recommend them for cleanings & dental work. There is a private parking lot. They are near the convenience store on Rochester Rd in Cranberry.

Long review but worth the read:…read more I was not blessed with great teeth. What's worse, from childhood I was also cursed with several bad dentist & orthodontist who made them worse. After a hiatus of not trying anymore, I decided to give Dr Morrow a chance. My first visit, his only concern was to fix the tooth I came in for. Unlike previous dentist, he did not berate me or spend 20 minutes explaining how this is all my fault. NO. NONE OF THAT. He treated me like a long time patient and completely fixed the tooth in one visit. Furthermore, I've been back several times now and have begun a long journey to repairing what's left of my teeth, and this is the only place I'd ever recommend. ****MOST IMPORTANTLY**** With insurance, my patient cost is far more reasonable than I had anticipated, and they accept Care Credit which makes it easier for the big jobs. Now here's the part that shocks me; recently I had 2 root canals, post (a screw inserted into the remaining tooth) and crowns put in side by side. It took an hour and I had absolutely NO PAIN or discomfort! Listen, I left the office and went straight to DQ for lunch. Not so much as an Advil was needed in the hours or even days after. ZERO PAIN. It's also worth noting that he does everything possible to save a tooth rather than replace it. I would have sworn the 4 teeth he overhauled, were beyond saving and would need implants. He's fantastic.

Very different procedures but both were amazing experiences. All of our appointments have been prompt. Very little wait if any. Dr. Hitchan is approachable, warm, and knowledgeable. His office staff is friendly but more so, they treat you like a person instead of a number. Diane spent the greater part of a half an hour on the phone with me prior to my 21 yr old daughter's surgery discussing her great anxiety and how to make the process more comfortable for her both emotionally and physically. She took every step she could to make things better for her. When I was unable to go back with her to hold my daughter's hand during surgery prep, Diane promised me she would hold her hand the entire time. She did. During prep and during surgery. When we got to the car to leave, my daughter (under anesthesia) went on and on about Diane being the best person she has ever met in her whollleeee life. :) For her follow-up, I couldn't be there and once again, at the first sign of anxiety, Diane was at her side. Diane single-handedly made sure this experience was a positive one for her. In addition, Dr. Hitchan called the evening of each of my children's surgery to check on them. The doctor. Not his staff. Guaranteed this will be where I send anyone I know for any type of oral surgery. Thank you, Dr. Hitchan, Diane, and the entire staff!

Over the weekend, my 15-year-old had 2 fillings fall out that Dr. Davis placed in 6 months ago. She was awake all-night crying about the pain. When I called for an emergency appointment this morning, I was informed by Kara, the office manager who also consulted with the doctor, that Katie was suddenly not only too old at 15 to be treated, but that because her sister missed an appointment (supposedly) on October 1, 2012 - yes, 10 years ago - that neither would be allowed to be seen again. They claim that Katie also missed an appointment last November. My children have been every 6 months since they were toddlers. They claim that they left a vm on our home machine. Absolutely no message left and no appointment missed by either child in literally 15 years of going there. This practice does not allow you to schedule a cleaning or wellness exam (which my children have never missed) until you are sent a card in the mail that you may schedule. The children complained at times about the practice, but it is close and was not a problem until now. They informed me to find a new dentist on the morning that I call with an emergency appointment.
