One star is one to many. These are the most unprofessional people I've met in my life. They were…read morethrilled to accept our case and take upwards of $8,000... however when it come down to it they didn't want to do anything. Three weeks after the last chunk of money was handed over I'd call to ask what was the plan for court and they told me I was harassing them and I needed to stop calling. Perhaps if they would have ever followed through with their promises to call me back this wouldn't have been an issue. They told me to come in the following week for a face to face. Well, that day had come and I drove nearly two hours to their office, I called them to let them know I was going to be a little late. They had the audacity to tell me they had no idea why I was coming in! I don't see how that makes sense. The refused to ever go and see their client in jail and refused to set up a private line of communication with him, claiming it was "to tedious." The real kicker was when we found someone who to take our case (and got it settled within an 1/8th of the time) they wanted to call me and ask me why we're firing them. Ultimately blaming the issues on me being impatient. Saying they're short handed and that's why no one would ever call me back. Well- if you're short staffed WHY take on more than you can manage?? Bottom line, they want your money, not to settle your legal matters. They have very little manners/respect. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere for any and all legal matters. This "pitbull" only wants $$$$$. Sincerely, someone they robbed of time, money and respect.

His ability to negotiate with other parties to achieve a favorable outcome for me was beyond my expectations. I hired this firm to help me get the money my dad left me in his Will. Was also hoping to take some…read morestress off my shoulders from doing everything. He wanted $4000 for a retainer. He did the same thing I had done. Filed a motion with the court for a detailed accounting of the estate, and after receiving an accounting that was not detailed at all, he filed another motion to compel, same as I had already done. That is it. I PAID the attorney he had handle my case to read about my case so she could do something. They did nothing! I interviewed Mark Moss, and after giving them the money, I got handed over to another inexperienced lawyer. Mark doesn't have too much experience under his belt either. This one had even less. Not only did they not get me one dime of the several thousand I have coming, but they took the $4000 and then had the audacity to charge me another $2300 for reading info I had to send them about the case! Added about 10-fold more stress too! Will be hiring another attorney now to fight this worthless asshole! SHOULD BE DISBARRED!

We hunted and researched our option of defense lawyers in our area and hands down decided on Monroe and King. I'm so happy we did. My ex husbands case had the literal best outcome it could have thanks to this duo! (And their entire team!!!) So, this year when I happened to get myself involved with an abusive manipulative man who put me in a bad situation I needed defense lawyers and I needed them fast. Obviously, no question I went with Monroe and King again! My wallet may not have liked it, but my butt NOT sitting in jail liked it more!! As with everything in life, good quality isn't cheap, and cheap quality you're ass is going to jail. ‍ I talk how it is, and that's how it is. This duo won't let you down. They will do everything in their power to help you. They are both kind and caring gentlemen. AND lawyers. That's saying something;) If you're deciding on lawyers, keep them at the top of your list. You won't be sorry. I'm not!!

Nineteen days later, 9-07-22, wife not served yet and he already needs another $507.00 for additional funding, whatever that is. This should have been a trigger to me. I told him before the agreement that serving my wife may be a little difficult because she is not likely to open the door if she doesn't know who is calling. He responded saying "don't worry, not a problem, we have other means". On November 30, an additional 84 days later, he told me he was having her served by the police and he was paying the police $40 "OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET". Wait a minute, what happened to the $5500 I gave you? Finally, after 6 months and a number of phone calls later, she still had not been served. I then made the decision to fire Bozo Beckus. What a waste of time and resources he was. He told me he would return $2400 and only charge me $3100. Mind you, she was never served. Once he has your money it is a one way street. He has it, not much you can do. Be careful with his contract as it is obviously written in his favor. Be innovative, add your language, perhaps something in your favor, an out if he is not performing. If he objects, that is a red flag.
