For some inconceivable reason the inspector went into a BRAND NEW air conditioner and blew the system. He popped the 24 volt Bus fuse. Is this a new customer service, to see if you can disrupt my tenants and the sale of my property? So the repair was $274.00 paid by myself. Come on guys, next time you are learning how to inspect, don't take my new ac unit apart. The AC repair gent was wondering why you opened the AC in the first place. You will not be allowed to step foot on any of my properties again.

We have had to meet many difficult steps along the way, and have heard of many horror stories about home inspectors- both from online bloggers and from close friends and family. We did our homework and found a few promising prospective inspectors. We decided to go with A-pro based on their availability, in additional to their online reviews, and we are so glad that we chose them. They appeared on time with two inspectors, in order to make the home inspection process go as efficient as possible. They explained what they were going to do each step of the way, from the second they entered the home. We pestered them with first time home-buyer questions; like what the exterior was actually composed of, and exactly what combination of materials was our roof, and they answered each one with a smile on their faces. If their pleasant demeanor during the inspection wasn't enough to win us over, the icing on the cake was their willingness to help. As we were running through our on-the-spot review of the inspection, they were giving us tips, tricks, and serious advice on items that we would not have even thought of. Both inspectors seemed like genuinely good people and we hope we have the pleasure of working with them again in the future!

He was very thorough and inspected everything from the sewer lines to the roof. This was an expense well worth every penny, because I have a better idea of anything that needs repair. During 2021, we have been acquiring investment properties in San Antonio. My realtor (who is…read moreAMAZING) recommended Blake at Big24Team to do the property inspections. I am located over 2000 miles from San Antonio, so I am heavily reliant on skilled and honest service providers. I am also a contractor, and so am familiar with the details of home construction and repair. In that regard, I am VERY pleased with the inspection services that Mr. Gonzales provided for me during the acquisition of single family and multi-family properties. Because the inspection contingencies in a real estate Purchase Agreement are typically allow only a few days, it is important to be able to get a good inspection done in a timely fashion. In that regard, Blake has been extremely responsive, getting my inspections done within 2 days of the request. He has good technical knowledge, excellent tools, and provides a thorough inspection, finding hidden difficulties, but yet not "discovering" non-problems (like other inspectors I have encountered). He uses a clever drone-with-camera to inspect roofing, gutters, and other high structures. He uses infra-red technology to measure and quantify the operation of heating and cooling systems (HVAC, water heaters, stoves, ovens, etc), and clever instrumentation to discover electrical faults (GFCI malfunctions, miswiring, faulty grounds, etc). And to top it all off, Blake is a very pleasant and helpful person to deal with. He is a clear communicator, and his inspection reports are clear, organized, and thorough.

My dishwasher wasn't cleaning my dishes so I started my own inspection. I discovered that the dishwasher was connected to the cold water line under kitchen sink. I called the home warranty people that the seller purchased when I bought the house and told them what was going on. I explained in detail everything and had to pay the $85 service call up front. They sent out a appliance repair person and he found what I already knew was wrong. The home warranty company is a real joke I've had them come out 5 times at the tune of $690. I didn't want to deal with the home warranty people do I called my own plumbing company. He reversed the valves and that was another $350. Hey big 24 or should I say little 24 whats going on I think you need to get rid of some of your inspectors or send them back to school. As I've said in all my reviews don't hire a inspector that's buddies with your realtor.
