This was my first time eating here. The workers are very friendly and greet you right away. I ordered a quesabirria combo which comes with rice and beans and a huarache. With two sodas the total came out to $40. That was pricey but didn't know why until the food arrived to my table. These plates are huge and will fill you up for the rest of the day. My thoughts on the quesabirrias are mixed with good and bad. They are the softest quesabirria you could get. The meat and tortilla are very soft. However they put too much onion so when you are eating them, all you can savor is the onion and grated cheese sprinkled on to them. I couldn't get the flavor of the birria and if it wasn't for the consomé I wouldn't have been satisfied eating those tacos. The restaurant only has 3 tables because of the size of the place but it's a nice area to eat. I definitely want to come back and try their huarache for myself with some horchata. I recommend you give this place a try for when you're very hungry.

Really nice place to grab some Mexican food and agua frescas! The workers were really nice, great salsa bar! The chipotle sauce was amazing! The red/roja sauce is very mild though. Ordered a carne asada huarache, tacos, and a Al pastor quesadilla (came with beans and rice). Out of the three the quesadilla was my favorite, good flavor, meaty, and delicious with the chipotle sauce. The tacos were just okay, definitely not the best I've had, basic street tacos. I'm mixed on the hurauche, which is like a Mexican flat bread. The carne asada was really dry and the beans were dry as well... after throwing it in the microwave it was delicious!

The portion size here is huge!!! Service was also fantastic, our cashier was so nice. Quaint restaurant but plenty of tables and seating. The salsa bar was also super clean. They have a peanut based salsa which was interesting! California burrito - huge! Enough to feed 2 people. Next time I'm going to request no beans and rice in my California burrito. Typically fries and carne asada is sufficient in a California burrito, adding the rice and beans threw off the taste in my opinion.

First time in, I go to a Tatoo shop on Main Street all the time and all the artists love this place. I finally stopped by and was not disappointed, while the carne asada torta gigante was being made by the most amazing team member she pointed me to the salsa bar. I love salsa, these salsas are awesome and I wish I grabbed more but I digress, torta was great, service was great, and I have to try everything else on the menu now...thank you sincerely!

Huarache with everything 1/2 carne asada and al pastor

The Food was amazing. I got the Huarache with carne asada/al pastor and some sopes with cabeza. Everything was made fresh and with care. The lady up front was so friendly and ended every sentence with "friend". This restaurant is truly a hidden gem.

I first tried this place at my son's open house. It was so good. They told me they have a store front so here I am. I LOVE their salsas. It's one of the best I've ever tried. Red is my favorite. Spicy but still flavorful. We also ordered 4 tacos but my husband and I ate them before I could take pictures. The place smelled good when we walked in and felt authentic. Tacos were $2.75 each. Burrito was $9.95. They had a special going. Buy 4 tacos and get a free drink. We'll definitely be back.

I'm gonna keep this review simple, because there's just so much I can say about this place. I've been here multiple times, tried different dishes, and it's always been a hit for me. Food tastes fresh and flavorful. Prices are good for the portion size and staff are friendly!! It's a little gem in the corner of a small strip mall.

Amazing food & flavor, service was great amazing vibes, definitely will come back. The red sauce had to be my favorite, not to spicy and hit the spot

    1. This is my first time trying huarache, and it was amazing delicious! The red sauce brought the heat, but the horchata brought the comfort! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! 3. The staff was amazingly friendly to everyone, and they have great interactions with the regulars! Note: The spot has a self-serve salsa bar! Photo: Horchata-Aguas Frescas and Huarache - Carnitas

Absolutely delicious. We have seen King Huarache multiple times when we go to Costco across the street and finally had a chance to try them. Staff was very friendly when we first walked in. They have a kiosk so that you can order the food yourself. They have a variety of items on their menu but we really wanted to try one of their machetes or huaraches. We ended up deciding on a machete this time, and all I can say is that we were not disappointed at all. It was quite a bit of food, especially if you're eating alone. The machete comes with a side of rice and your choice of pinto or black beans. We chose the pollo machete and it was delicious. Make sure to grab some of their fresh salsas too. They make all their agua frescas fresh and their licuados as well. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area

Huaraches Cabeza Combo - with corn and Jamica Aguas Frescas

2nd time ordering here for pick up since it's close to our house but didn't get to take photos before. My husband got the same burrito while i had the fish plate. Tonight was a menudo kind of night so we shared that which was super flavorful and the tripe was very tender - the best i've had so far. I was intrigued what a Huaraches was so i got that with black beans, green salsa and Cabeza as the protein. I must say it was very tasty! It's like a flatbread - meat was tender and i enjoyed the crunch of the lettuce. I did the combo so i chose corn and Jamica Aguas Frescas also refreshing and made nicely. I didn't see the inside, i just waited in the truck but the complex has plenty of parking. My husband said the owner was friendly and very nice. Also, they sell tacos in any kind of protein that they have, it's just not on their menu.

This is a spacious restaurant with many tables inside and fitting for small or large groups. There's a large screen TV where you'll probably find a game or sport on screen. You can place your order at the front counter and they will bring the food to your table. The lady who took our order was very friendly and kind. When our food came out, she also gave me an additional salsa or pico de gallo to try since my boss asked for it. I ordered the crunchy beef tacos (without cheese) plate. I enjoyed the rice and beans that came with the meal. It was a decent amount and very filling. As for the crunchy tacos, I really liked them! The meat was seasoned nicely, which was a nice change, compared to other places I've been to. The hardshell taco was also lightly salted. This made it perfect.

From the moment we walked in everything just seemed well put together. Shockingly there were only 2-3 other tables filled and you'll understand in a few minutes. We were greeted by a few staff very warmly and they were very patient and helpful as we ordered for our group of 5. Taquitos - crunchy and packed with meat! Guac was sorta under seasoned but it was still a good creamy addition to the steaming hot taquito. 2 Dorato taco plate - these were similar to the taquitos in all the good ways but even more packed with meat, crisp lettuce and mounds of freshly graded cheese...damn good! Looked around and this is what everyone had, even people after us. Must order one of these! YES, it will fill you up! Guac Mexicana - freshly made guac to order and it was great! Flavor was perfect and went well with everything. Beans - we're bean lovers and these were so good I had to call it out. The pico de gallo is a must as well, don't miss out on it. Spicy though! This is a must try for anyone in a 10-15 mile radius....and any closer you should run there! The restaurant was very clean, staff were attentive and pleasant from entry to exit...we couldn't be happier with our experience. Kudos to this place for running a restaurant the right way! I really liked: Baja Fish Taco…read more Churro I liked: Asada Mulita This was ok: Burria Taco The Baja fish taco is the standout #goodeats here. The crisp on the fish is solid, and it tastes clean without being overly greasy. Pair it with their sauce and it really comes together. The churro was super fresh and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. Light, crispy, and just sweet enough. If they added a chocolate dipping sauce, it would go crazy. The asada mulita leans heavily on the cheese. The cheese itself is good, but the asada doesn't bring much flavor, so it feels a bit one-note. The burria taco is just okay. It's a little dry, and while the sauce helps, you can still tell it's lacking some juiciness. Service is pretty straightforward. You walk up, order at the window, and grab your food when it's ready. Nothing over the top, but it gets the job done. I did appreciate that they'll pack up grilled onions and cucumbers if you ask. Nice little touch that adds to the experience. The plaza it's located in is super cute and honestly adds a lot to the visit. There's plenty of open seating, and it feels like a great spot for family hangouts or casual group meals. There's usually music playing, which gives it a fun, lively vibe.
