The appointment was scheduled for 8/5/2025 at 3:30 on my calendar. I called on 8/5/2025, I was told that the appointment is scheduled for 8/12/2025, today at 3:30. I called today 8/12/205 at 3:30. I was told that the attorney is not available and is not accepting new cases. They recommended me to another attorney. This law firm was from another attorney's recommendation. I am sharing this so that anyone considering using this law firm beware of waiting approximately 6 weeks for a scheduled appointment only to told that the attorney is not available and not taking additional cases.

I felt deceived--if she was going to reject my case so quickly, why ask me to book a full consultation in the first place? Just to take money? Charging $250 for a one-hour consultation while coming unprepared and making a decision within minutes feels unfair and unprofessional. If my case was something she could easily decline like that, she should have been upfront instead of having me pay for a meeting because I said exactly what I wrote in the email so the reason she asked me to make consultation sounded like she wanted easy money.
