We invested over 3 months with Kindred to find a Nanny/Mother's helper and came up empty handed. We lost a ton of time, our monetary investment and hope that we would find an awesome fit. Communication with Lacey was absolutely unsatisfactory! The excuses were numerous, promising calls, follow-ups, etc. and repeatedly never hearing back within the time frame of which she committed - this does not build trust with customers.
