Doug is talented & conscientious are insistent in assuring the highest quality of workmanship

We had our glass replaced by this company. Doug quoted us $140, and we agreed on the price. When the job was completed, he called to asked for a credit card payment. My wife gave him the credit card information, thinking it would be the $140 price we agreed. A day later, he sent her the invoice for a different amount of $248. She texted him about what happened to the $140 price we agreed on, but he saw the text and didn't reply. She had to call him, no apology or anything. He replied that he didn't know what happened, and that was the price. Very unprofessional and shady business ethics, not letting the customer know a different price of $108 until after the card was charged and we saw the invoice. read more

The start of our visit to Kindred glass was not that enthusiastic I felt that owner Dave was quit busy and didn't have the time to deal with questions. We left with no interest in doing business. BUT, we keep getting referred to Kindred glass by MTM Services, who did a beautiful installation of the quartz counter tops and shower areas. THEN Dave's son treated us with the best professional job with installation of the highest quality glass we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with the finished job. A big shout out to Kindred Glass. They built and installed a gorgeous shower door in my bathroom. As with anything new that you buy there may be little glitches with the product. There were a couple of small glitches that I called them about and Doug said whatever it is we'll make it right. And within two days it was made right! That is true customer service. Then I had a mirror I wanted cut down and installed in my new bathroom and John took it and it was done and installed before the week was up. Unprofessional and rude. I wish I would have never allowed them in my home I spoke with Doug not more than 2 minutes. Right Off the bat he seemed irritated, not wanting to listen to me. My quote was for $2200. That's a large amount so I wanted to do half of the windows now 1/2 at a later date. During our conversation I even had to tell him that I really wanted to use his company because I saw that they had good reviews but this seemed to not faze him he just didn't want my business. I've used Kindred glass probably for over 40 years. They are a great company to work with. I've used them to replace glass in my back patio door several times because the boys and my husband always broke it playing ball. My boys are now 54 and 50. They covered all my table tops throughout the house with glass and I love that. They made 3 beautiful shower doors for me when I remodeled the house. They are always so nice and reasonably priced. I'm getting ready to call them right now to see if they can put a storm window over my leaded glass window to protect it from the weather. read more

This glass shop rocks! Doug is friendly and very knowledgeable about his products and services. And he creates art, using glass of course, he makes wall art that really rock n rolls.
