Every time I walked into the building, I was greeted with smiles and Ciao Patrizio's from the entire staff. Their hospitality and can-do attitude was a breath of fresh air in a work environment which I look back on with fondness to this day. The employees care so much that even after returning to the U.S., they still made it a point to stay in contact and even went out of their way to go out, get an authentic Florentine gift, and ship it to my university in the states. If that does not exemplify a level of care and authenticity that is worth commending, I don't know what does. 100% would recommend.
