The teachers are very immature and do not know how to work with children. They do a lot of screaming and belittling. The only students who really excel at Excel are the owner's children and the children of the employees. The studio is also very dirty and run down. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!

It was fun, challenging, and a very good experience. Little kids have a chance to enjoy a fun summer camp so the fun can last all year round. From…read moremy experience, I would not recommend this studio if you want your child to continue dancing through elementary school and beyond. They didn't teach good technique, especially compared to the other studios you can go to. They didn't focus on flexibility at all, which is important to work on when kids are young and their muscles are still very flexible. The fact that I didn't even try doing my splits until I was about ten really harmed my dancing, as I couldn't do all of the moves that the other kids could do. This studio would be okay for a few years when your kids are young, but I would definitely start at a different studio if I could.

My daughter dance with this company for several years before we found a different place. I'd…read moremention what we experienced while attending this studio for over 16+ hours a week over the course of 3 years with 2 students. When daughter hurt her foot, she was advised to wear a boot from ortho until day of show to rest her foot, she was yelled at for moving "too slowing" when marking in tech even though the doctor instructed her to take it easy and walk slowly to rest before recital. Charging extra for adult costumes are normal bc it's more expensive from vendors but I was charged $5 for all of the costumes when my dancer had many child XLs. When questioned, office manager said it's not very much money. But my child was in over 13 dances so it adds up. Rule is rule right? Technique is lacking for older more advanced children. The classes are merged or canceled due to lower numbers. No real substitute teaching staff, when someone is out, the replacement is not well versed in the style of dance or not qualified to teach at that caliber. Maybe it's different now bc they have better teachers. All kinds of food are allowed in the studio rooms only for pre pro children. No regards to allergies as those are the same floor dancers roll on for contemporary, stretching or conditioning. My dancer rolled over cheese and crumbs weekly. One particular night, my dancer's friend had a medium allergic reaction to tree nut found on the floor. They did not have Benadryl on hand, so mom had to rush over to administer meds. This dancer also stayed home for a few days bc the allergic reaction was intense but no studio follow up after the incident. Balanchine based conservatory ballet school only has 1 1 hour technique class a week. Seems they have changed it to 1.5 hours for 2 days now. Rep and company class does not replace technique. In these classes, they are learning new choreo. Also pointe is normally offered right after technique, last year it was after lyrical, which is an elective. Only 1 1 hour pointe class a week for a 12 year old is not enough for a conservatory based dance school. No viewing the entire year at studio, handbook said once a quarter, but it's since been removed. Spent entire year having only seen my dancer at paid events like the fox theater, Busch stadium, and ambush where tickets are pricy. Dancer enjoyed community outreach, when we first joined the studio, company members danced in front of nursing homes and local parades. Didn't happen at all last year. Why can't you see your kids dance in the studio? On website, it says, "Instructors hail from prominent companies such as Joffrey Ballet, ABT, SAB, Alabama Ballet, Big Muddy Dance Co, and Ballet 314", but bio of teachers doesn't have anyone who has danced at Joffrey Ballet, ABT, SAB or Alabama Ballet.

I signed my daughter up for this school back in November last year and had a horrific experience…read morethat no parent should ever have happened to their African Americans child my daughter was the only black child their besides one who was mixed in the toddler class and my daughter didn't get treated as if she was wanted their she was pushed down by other students and bullied by the staff and they lied claiming that certain girls didn't push my daughter but they pushed other students but besides the point it happened more than once and it was not documented and they don't fill out incident reports so if your child gets a broken bone you will not know and the favoritism they should to European clients over their black clients should not exist. I get tired of these companies being wicked God sees everything if you don't want blacks at your establishment make it know don't be sneaky about it because your intentions show and your clients with discernment can see it. I really was upset when the instructor made it clear she didn't want my daughter at the school by bringing my daughter out of the class before the class was over showing me she didn't care if my daughter ever came back. God I hope that one day we will stop getting discriminated against and racism stops I hate it. it's ugly and this instructor can't lie about this incident because it was recorded. Last but not least they don't answer their phones like they should that isn't good because if an emergency happens too bad. They don't allow parents to keep an eye out on their child claiming because of Covid-19. Covid is a common cold and has been around longer than we as humans have been around but if you have no medical background you think the world is ending people have no discernment at all about what's going on in our government it's propaganda and our government wants blacks dead they want to kill us off with this crazy Covid-19 push and companies are falling for it. They took everything from our ancestors and now they want to take the littlebit we do have our life and liberty and pursuit of happiness. How shameful of companies to know the truth but do things become of money. We know why Covid-19 is around because Native Americans or Blacks are waking up and the government knows this and they know we want our land back so they rather cause war or false flag and destroy our country instead of giving us our country back. It's clean, has a VERY friendly staff (shout out to Brie!), kids club, dry sauna, women's only workout area, water massage chairs, tanning, red light / tanning, circuit room, group fitness classes, and the equipment is all Panatta's. Nice. Very nice. Smoothies too. I love this gym. One star for CLEAN One star for customer service (heads up they don't pick up the phone - it's a recording) One star for vibe. Everyone in there is looking to get in shape. No groups of teenagers taking selfies in the mirror. One star for incredible quality equipment. One star for variety. They have squat racks, lots of cable machines, lots of benches in front of the dumbbells, LOTS of cardio equipment (Stairmaster, treadmillls, stationary bikes, ellipticals) If I could give another star I would. All the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. It's a appetitive school which I like,it helps to to better understand your dog and to treat the animal with care and respect. I know I've talked to the teachers almost all the way through they they and they were super cool about it. Jennifer the Director is awesome,she has kept up with me over the yrs as I inquired about the program and I finally got in Jan 25 and will be done at the end of May 25. I would recommend this School to anyone looking to do appetite dog training,also nothing is perfect so yes anyone can and will find things that they think should be different,change and or not do but it doesn't mean that's a bad thing. Everyone hand everything dog is different and we can not please everything about everything. Over all I would say I am satisfied with the program!
