We are very thankful for the kindness, patience, and care from all the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and truly cared about every child. Their consistent and reliable care had a very positive impact on our family. A special thank you to the owners, Oksana and Igor, for creating such a loving and trustworthy environment. It is not easy to find people who care so much, and we appreciate them deeply. The homemade Ukrainian food was amazing, and the kids always looked forward to it. It was clear that the children were happy, well cared for, and comfortable every day. We never had any problems during our time there--only support and kindness. We are very grateful to have been part of the Dreamers family, and we highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and wonderful place for their children.

They share tons of information with us, and send us pictures. I never stress about dropping her off. I especially love the food menu's for the week and the festive weeks. Food isn't just unhealthy junk food. Lot of clean healthy food! Would highly recommend!

We have just one more year left at the preschool until the youngest graduates! Little Angels is NAEYC accredited which is not easy to get. That isn't a requirement for my preschool decision, but it does indicate that the school takes their role seriously and that they provide high quality curriculum! They do a fantastic job of preparing the preschoolers for Kindergarten - both academically and socially. The school is very bright and cheerful and also very clean. Many of the teachers have been there a long time. They seem to have low teacher turnover which is nice. Some of the teachers have taught all three of my kids. The teachers and staff are very kind and loving. I really feel like part of the preschool community at Little Angels. I have made some great friends while chatting with other moms at pickup/dropoff. One last (huge for me) plus is that your kids don't have to be potty trained in order to attend. No stress about worrying if your kid is potty trained in time for the first day of school! I would not hesitate to recommend Little Angels to another parent looking for a preschool!

We…read morevisited multiple centers in the area and found them to either be much more expensive or the facility was much older/run down. I was a bit hesitant because of Kiddie Academy's location (strip mall next to X Sport Fitness and Kohl's), but the inside is actually very spacious and parking was never an issue because of reserved parking for parents right outside of the Kiddie Academy entrance. What we really liked: * Each day, a "tadpole" is sent from an iPad -- it includes photos of your child during the day, what they ate, and diaper changes * The caregivers were fantastic. In particular, our son connected quite closely to Ms. Abby, Ms. Julie, and especially Ms. Emily. * The facility is secured with a computerized login to check in/out your child with a passcode * The price was much more reasonable than many of the other facilities in the area (despite being much nicer than most of the other daycares). We really felt like we got a fantastic deal * They have a monthly calendar of foods (breakfast, lunch, snacks, etc). It's not a gourmet meal, but it's nice to see that they've taken the time to come up with unique meal options and avoid repeats. * There's a clear educational focus that I really liked. * In the beginning and after Christmas break, our son had a difficult time going back to daycare. We really appreciated that we could call during the day and speak with one of the caregivers in the room to check on our son. Areas for improvement: * We would have liked a clearer transition plan for our two year old (moving from the toddler room to the two year old room). Our son turned two in late October, but he really only began transitioning in January. In fairness, he was at home for two weeks during Christmas break. By January, we had planned to have our son stay at home for the spring, so we decided to keep him in the toddler room for the remainder of the month, but it would have been nice for him to transition in November to be challenged intellectually and to be with similarly aged children * The payment system is easy, but it isn't directly connected to the check-in kiosk that shows your balance. It would be nice if everything was automatically connected and up to date as soon as a payment is made. * Although the toddler room had plenty of toys, we would have liked to have more books that weren't as beat up. Our son loves to read and it would have been nice to have newer books. The Arlington Heights library frequently has book sales -- it might be a good idea for the center to restock with new books in better condition.

My son had some emotional regulation issues and they were so accommodating and even worked with his therapist to ensure they were supporting him in the best way possible. Recently, a message was sent to me encouraging me to leave this center with my children. The false accusations made were absolutely disgusting and concerning. My daughter has been attending this center since she was an infant and will soon move up to the two-year-old classroom. I admit I previously felt uneasy regarding the teachers in that specific classroom; however, since the individual who sent out that message has been fired along with another employee, I feel much more comfortable and confident about my daughter moving up. I want to encourage other parents to see the center for themselves. This facility is much more than what a bitter person who was fired for their own actions has to say about it. False accusations are not the way to handle these situations.

We were at this center for nearly five years with two kids. We probably stayed too long, mainly…read morebecause a few teachers genuinely loved our children and made it worth it. But over time, things just kept getting worse. I highly recommend you do not trust this center with your children. We experienced bottles and naps being skipped in the baby room, three-year-olds told they couldn't play outside because they couldn't zip their own jackets, and constant leadership changes. They have had at least four directors in 5 years, and no director at all for the last year. At one point, we raised concerns about our baby not being fed, and the regional director told us we should maybe find another center. We should have listened. The assistant director left in charge the last year has allowed things that really shouldn't happen in a daycare. She brought bleach into classrooms (so strong the smell burned your eyes and stained kids clothes), changed the menu to suit her own kids (cereal and crackers EVERY DAY, let teachers take the daycare bus for coffee, and had her husband and older children hanging around the office all day during the summer. One day she left and put the cook and a teacher who had multiple complaints against her in charge of the entire center. The final straw came when we learned a weed vape had been found under a toddler's cot a few months ago. The teacher responsible is still working there and was even moved to the infant room. She made comments about not wanting to work with kids and joked about hitting one. When parents raised concerns, regional director Phebe either gaslight them, dismissed them, minimized them, or lied. Meanwhile, two teachers who repeatedly spoke up about these issues, making sure everyone in Kindercare leadership knew, even above the regional director, were recently fired. While the girl who brought drug paraphernalia and threatened to hit a 2 year old still employed working with infants none the less. Their dismissal looks like a clear case of retaliation if I ever saw one (in my many years in HR....) There are other serious concerns too: kids were apparently checked in who weren't actually at the center who get government assistance, and with all of this mismanagement, it wouldn't surprise me if the center comes under investigation soon. We recently moved our kids to a center down the street. The difference is amazing. There's a real curriculum, staff actually engage with the children, meals aren't just crackers, and the kids come home happy, not stressed and anxious. Leaving was hard because of the teachers our kids loved, but it was absolutely the right choice. I only regret not doing it sooner. I would not recommend this center. I would recommend you take your children ANYWHERE ELSE. There are serious safety issues, leadership failures, and disregard for the children's safety and well-being, and the regional director is an absolute joke. There is no trust and no hope for change.
