Fast forward to me having my eyebrows micro blades by Nicole. She explained the process, helped me to feel comfortable, explained post care and what I could expect with the healing process. Couldn't be more disappointed and it was a HUGE mistake. My brows are ruined. She didn't use a template. She just numbed and started micro blading. The lines don't match my brows. They are higher than my actual brows. The color is off and turned a weird shade of gray. The shape is way bigger than my actual brows and doesn't look natural at all. After the procedure, the lines blended together and turned into a solid thick patch. I now look like I had a bad brow tattoo job. It's beyond embarrassing. I've been to 4 painful micro-blade removal appointments. The ink is so deep she can't get it out. So I'm stuck with two solid patches in my brows that don't match my brow color. When I texted Nicole to talk to her about it, she basically said there's nothing she can do. Didn't offer any sort of refund or reimbursement for removal treatments. She never responded to my second text asking about partial reimbursement for removal treatments (which are $200 a pop) and chose to ignore it. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone, unless of course you enjoy looking like Frieda. Shame on you Nicole. read more

Nicole does AMAZING work! She did all the make up for a wedding I was in. She is a perfectionist. She really listened to what I wanted (which was more of a natural look). She didn't way over do it like I've seen some hair and make-up people do. She even taught me a few make up tricks that I still use. After that I started going to her for waxing. She is the only person I will see now for this. I highly recommend her. She is one of the few people I would trust to do permant make-up if I were going to have that done (I know people have driven from central CA just to have her do it). She initially did my wedding make-up and I have been going to her monthly now for facials ever since! She is not only stunning herself, she is kind and highly skilled about skincare and products.
