At no point did I raise my voice or exude any type of threatening behavior. For context,, I have been suffering with a chronic issue for 8 months and when I was told with an exaggerated shoulder shrug that " no doctor was going to be able to help me so I'm not sure what you want me to say" I started to tear up and shut down. Rather than act with care towards a patient, this woman became accusatory as a way to skirt her responsibility as a medical professional to treat patients with care. PLEASE do not go to this office if you are at all prone to any type of human emotion. You will be vilified.

I know that the original doctor did this out of vengeance because he didn't like someone complaining about him. But he also knows that I have nowhere else to go and am going to die. Death is certainly a fair punishment for voicing a complaint, isn't it?
