The first two jobs were for upholstery work on chairs, and the recent one was for window treatments. Miranda and the entire staff are friendly, helpful, and great designers. For the window treatments, they came to look at our space and then gave us multiple fabric samples and suggestions for design. They helped us chose four different designs and fabrics for various rooms in our executive offices, and everyone loves them. They worked with us to pick just the right looks and colors for each room. The installation of the treatments was professional, quick, and flawless. The upholstery work was for chairs in several conference rooms and guest chairs in our executive offices. As with the window treatments, everything was excellent. They were very helpful in finding the right patterns, colors, and fabric weights. Both times, we had a vague idea of what we wanted, and Miranda and the team helped guide us to the perfect solution. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Citywide after checking out their website and Jeff replied almost immediately. We set up an appointment that was within a reasonable time frame, and he also suggested adding on a deodorizer because of the pets. Jeff arrived within the quoted time and got right to work. I swear it took him barely an hour! The couches looked and smelled great when he was done. No signs of pet smells at all. It's been about a week since then, and they still smell great. I'm really pleased with this service and will keep them in mind for future work!

Jeff arrived promptly at noon with an assistant and wasted no time in setting up his equipment. He went into some of the rooms and pre-treated where the carpet was most dirty. I had emptied the rooms of furniture to make it easier for him. Why did I do that? Because that's what I do. In less than an hour he came up to me and asked me to check out each room that he had done. At each room, I was actually amazed at how great the carpet looked and even things like "clean"shadows under throw rugs on top of rugs disappeared into clean carpet. I will definitely be making this a semi annual project especially because it took no time at all and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Jeff.
