My husband and i…read morerent a place for a year, we are from Montréal so we didn't knew this was the worst Owners to deal with in the whole Okanagan Valley. There were so many issues with the house that they wouldn't care. The women, Vijay Singla is such a dishonest person always trying to make us pay for anything to fix. The electric system is totally illegal (80amp normal is between 100 200amp) in the bassement, wire everywhere(we also just reported it). Once we got the apartment it was so dirty drawings on the walls, syrup in the fridge, giant spider waves, candys stick on the walls, rotten food and even A COACKROACH in the stove, cardboard as a ceiling in the bassement. So we did the painting, changed the floor in the kitchen and changed the ceiling downstairs once we got there. As we was moving, we decided to leave it the way we found it (impossible cause it was so filthy and we're not like that). Now she wants to keep our deposit of $2.200 because she would like us to hire someone to clean the place. The audacity at his highest level. Plus at the end of our rental contract she tryied to charge us $200 more for rent, we finally agreed on $50 more but now that i know we shouldn't.     Have rented one of their properties for half a year now they are continuesly saying the city is…read moremaking complaints regarding the yard when asked to see the written documents they have some reason to refuse it. The basement suit is an illegal suit and they have tried since to convince the tenants to have the stove removed continue to pay rent and use the upstairs tenants facilities to avoid having to follow city procedures to legalize the suite. The floors upstairs are painted with house paint, the windows downstairs are falling off. And now both tenants have been served eviction notice for growth of medicinal marijuana plants 24 hours after being given 1st written notice to remove the plants although tenants were able to provide legal documentation from the federal government that allows them to use and grow medically. They are committing tax fraud by renting out the illegal suite as well as by writing a different address on the property warnings to the downstairs tenants. Upstairs tenants have always paid their rent, yet seemingly and increasingly receive repeated notices with claims of complaints from the city yet are never able to provide those letters to prove these claims. 2 days after renting the house someone tried to break in and smashed out the upstairs door window. It has yet to be replaced. There are no smoke detectors in the home. And now they claim that the above ground pool which requires a ladder to enter into it needs a fence that the city is claiming this and again when asked for a letter of proof of this request from the city they were unable to provide it. They dont care about laws that protect renters rights or federal laws that protect those requiring medicinal marijuana and the laws that protect them to be able to grow their own medication at home I do NOT recommend renting from these individuals. Unless you want to be continuesly harrassed, have them refuse to fix the issues with the home and be lied to and bullied into doing what paul wants. Also as of Thursday their home office was raided and their computers seized by border services! We are currently fighting the wrongful eviction notice and requesting compensation for denying medical requirements protected under federal law

    We first spoke with Brian Hunter back in July 13th, 2022. He started the first week of August…read more2022and promised the kichen would be done in 3 - 4 weeks. After seeing the labour's he had picked up at the Penticton day work office, recognizing one as an inmate I had at OCC, and noticing lots of shady work. We then were always home at the times Brian said he would be here. He and his labour only showed up 25% of the time and only work more then 6 hours about 7 times. Every time we questioned his work, timings, staff, or lack of communication, he always had an excuse and/or argumentative. We had a second contractor in the house doing separate work that we used several time. Our second contractor was on a time line, but was unable to finish do tk kichen work delays. One month turn to two, then three, then four. Still not completely finish and started to not communicate, then none at all. We finally stopped payment as in was almost Christmas. We finally had our second contractor finish and fix several defects including kick boards, flushing the cabinet to ceiling, adjusting doors, removing stucco and applying silicone, dishwasher hookups, drywall sanding and painting, and replacing and painting window counter and drawers and trim. When I post a statement on social media after being asked my opinion on Kichens2GO, this was his response in July 2023.... Hello In regards to information you were provided with all invoicing prior to commencement. In reference to this invoice you still have not paid the balance in full or timely Secondly the mental state of Michael slandering the company and businesss through social media was not acceptable. In fact the damages from his ridiculous rant has caused a financial loss fro kitchens 2 go 2020 Corp Michael's comments were so ridiculous and slanderous in nature we have consulted our lawyer for immediate resolution. You file was past to our law firm this week to commence a class action lawsuit against you both. Therefore, since you file is under legal investigation our lawyer has requested no further contact. If you wish to respond in writing you may send a registered letter to our corporate office that is on file and registered with our corporation. Please govern yourself accordingly as Michael's comments has already resulted in a six figure law suit pending. Any further correspondence via email will be deleted, Any negative comments placed by either of you or an associate of yours on our ads will be added to our lawsuit. You are both in breach of our contract. No further comment or correspondence by email or other will be accepted and we ask that you refrain immediately. Thanks for your time and interest...     It's difficult to say in appropriate language and detail how horrendous the "workmanship" truly is…read moreunderneath the surfaces...as my imagination can only at this point conjure up the possibility of nightmares. Above ground though... I dare you come to my house and walk thru and be pleased with the "finished project". How this business still exists is a question of mystery and quantum mechanics and physics? The finishing work on floors walls ceiling and every other aspect of the project are absolutely deplorable. DO NOT even begin to have a microbial notion of hiring this outfit...months later and I'm still cleaning up the mess.
