I have to say that I'm disappointed in the inability to reach any customer service personnel. I tried calling the place a couple times before my hunt to establish a contact and all I got was the answering machine. Finally someone sent me a text message indicating to head to the shop with my animal and there's a list of people posted that I can contact to be given the after hours combo. After no response, I had to drive to Kerrville to drop of my game. Not easy when you have a stag on the back of your trailer. The next day, I decided to give this place another chance and big mistake. I took an axis the next evening, headed to Kimble again and called several times again and what do you know, no answer. Decided to drive to Kerrville again and drop the axis. It's just disappointing when you're trying to give someone business and there's no customer service. Don't bother with this place. read more
