No issue; she tried to book 2 groups of 3, then 1 group of 2, one after another, or at least all in that day, separate appts. Lady said they dont do groups. couldnt get her to understand its no longer a group booking, but we would just book their limit. all she could do was say sorry very condescendingly. Lost 8 bookings for not listening to a potential client and not caring.

I got the same level stylist but she wasn't very friendly and didn't give me the style I wanted and cut my bangs in a way that they have to parted weirdly and look pretty bad. I was super disappointed because it was my first time paying for my own haircut and I walked away with a haircut I didn't like and was not worth the 36$ I paid. I had two different stylists with the same level and got two completely different experiences pretty disappointing and probably won't be coming back.

They felt very comfortable and loved that they could unwind and be pampered in such a relaxing setting. The staff setup a table so I could bring refreshments and snacks, plus they even let them use a room to get ready to go out for supper afterwards.... Very accommodating and professional! This has been the one thing that gets all of my staff together each year, where I feel like we leave the worries of work behind. My therapist Jordan introduced himself, and had a one to one chat on what I was looking for in my massage and any questions beforehand which was very appreciated. I've found pedicures can be hit or miss but this treatment was super spoiling, warm foot bath, massage, cuticles, a parra fin wax treatment which was new to me but so neat ! The team also kept our cups of tea full throughout the treatment with delicious complimentary tea. Will definitely go again and our only complaint would be one of the massage chairs was broken and was momentarily possessed during our pedicure... Hehehe.

Two of my nails weren't filed straight so I had to fix that when I got home and noticed that on quite a few of my nails there were missed corners and the polish didn't go all the way to the edges of my nails. For $45 I was quite disappointed to discover this on multiple nails. I really did enjoy the staff but because of how my manicure turned out and the high cost I paid, I would not return to Namaste again nor would I recommend it to a friend.
