He is anti-vaccine, which I don't like, but he has helped me stop hurting, so I can't complain. He works with you if you do not have insurance or if you have insurance that doesn't cover chiropractic care. His office hours are weird, so call before you go in. I think it is from 9-12 and 3-6 on most days. They are closed on Fridays and most Thursday afternoons. If you are in pain, I highly recommend Dr. P.

I recently had a knee injury, and decided to return to Ford Chiropractic . My experiences this time were horrible I have learned so many things, and I feel I need to share my experiences. Matt Ford is a good Chiropractor. His wife Chandra who is office manager, and his staff are very disorganized, and unprofessional. Beware everything is fine until you have a problem. I was a private pay patient this time around. I had a Physical, and called a week in advance to get my records. There was no return call, or response to email by staff. I had to get in touch 4 times. I finally received my records about 2 hrs before my appointment. I had to make a rush trip to their office, and that was frustrating. I tried speaking to Chandra about that matter as I felt it was a training issue. I also tried to discuss a previous issue. I had cancelled my appointment for the week as I had a loss I was dealing with. I received phone calls asking me why I was not at my appointments. When I expressed disappointment with Chandra. I was met with rudeness, and a lack of empathy, and accountability. She even told me she was going to pray for my heart, and felt sorry for the people who knew me? It was time I considered other options so I went back to her, and said that I wanted to settle my account. I told her what I owed based on the number of visits, and she came back to me with a different amount of visits, and supply charges I never received. I was also made aware that my card declined in April, but no one contacted me, and my card was fine. She also said I was at the office on a day that I wasn't. January 30th. Her defense I dated the form for that day which was an error on my part. I was there on January 29th. My appointments were mostly 8:30 am, and Chandra was never there. Once Chandra has your credit card know that you can't dispute your bill! I signed the paper authorizing them to run my card. She would not answer questions about the supplies I did not receive, nor the additional day I was charged. I showed her appointment confirmation messages, that showed I was not booked, and they were ignored. She made no clear indication of when she would mail my discount Chiropractic card to me when asked several times. This is the card you are signed up for on your first visit. Since I was getting no answers regarding my dispute I only authorized a certain amount to be charged to my credit card, over a two month period. Chandra was warned by email, but still had the audacity to charge what she felt was right, and still choosing to ignore my complaint. I now have to dispute what she charged with my credit card holder. Chandra's actions to me are criminal with a lack of integrity, and after seeing another review this is not her first rodeo. Chandra was very nice during my 2014 treatment, but this year she showed me how narcissistic, and fake she really is. There were other issues which I will note so people can make an educated decision about their treatment. I'm extremely disappointed I had to discontinue my treatment as I was starting to feel better, but now I'm relapsing to a certain extent. My appointments were mostly at 8:30, but every time I arrived the door was locked. I had to always knock. There was quite a few times their check in system was down. I had to be manually checked in, and appointments were delayed. While their dog was cute I didn't appreciate having my hair licked while I was getting traction. This is a medical business, and their dog was allowed to wander. Turnover of staff No staff would help you up from the table after traction. The traction/exercise room is open plan, and their is no privacy. No lead vest shield for x-rays.

I updated my review because I've called at least twice asking what my cost would be if I did just…read morethe adjustment without any therapies. Each time I'm told they will call be back "because the computer they check it on is on the other side of the room", instead of telling me they're busy and will have to get back to me. I've never once got a call. I've checked my EOB and I now know what the cost will be, but I'm not sure I want to go back if they can't return a phone call. What if I had an emergency? I'm a firm believer in chiropractic care, but if the vibe is wrong in the office, you won't get the full benefits of chiropractic care. The vibe in this office is EXTRAORDINARY! The moment you step into this office you're greeted by, Lisa (who is very sweet!) and then you get to see Monica (she is also VERY sweet) for therapies. I also love the music they play in their office, you will be continuously blessed by sharing the message, and what better way then to do it though a doctors office? The layout is great and it enables you to connect with the staff throughout your session. I would send anyone to Dr. Ford, because I know they would have a positive experience.
