I am currently working on improving my deutsch so it is not perfect, but the ladies were willing to speak English and were also talkative and showed genuine interest in their clients. Unlike the awkward silence I've found at the nail shop in Skyline Plaza and elsewhere. Call me spoiled, but having grown up in friendly California, I thrive on good customer service and I am glad I was able to find that here plus get my nails done in an amazing way. They have an autoclave to sterilise equipment, but the tools used were picked up from the manicure table and wiped on a towel. My technician gave me a good manicure. My daughter's experience was awful. I was very unhappy to see four of my daughter's fingers had blood around the nails. Her technician had cut back her cuticles too far. This is unacceptable.

Anyways, my friend and I decided to try this place out but we won't be back again. First off, it was empty when we got there so not sure why they even asked if we had an appointment. Got seated immediately and was handed some nail polish colors for a shellac manicure- not much color options to be honest. I asked for a shellac manicure which costs 25€. No water to soak my nails was provided and the technician kind of just rushed through manicure and on top of that she wasn't gentle at all and basically butchered my nails off. I ended up with super short nails ( which I hate) and my cuticles were in pain since she cut me a bunch of times. In top of that I picked the white shellac polish and there was barely any polish in the bottle so she had to literally put on 4 coats for it to be seen. No thanks, we paid and we will not be back again.
