She assured me that billing would be handled in one invoice and that she would set up a follow-up appointment with me to review the results. That never happened. Instead, I received an additional invoice with unexpected charges. Despite calling multiple times and leaving voicemails, she never returned my calls. I even went to her office, waited over 30 minutes, and no one ever showed up--not her or her receptionist. To this day, I have not received my daughter's test results. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Sandra Boone-Sanford responded to them but ignored me entirely. She was forced to remove the charge, but then added a new "dispute fee" and continues to bill me monthly for it. This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and feels fraudulent. Please read my review and the many other negative reviews--there is a reason people rate her so poorly. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Anna has an awesome natural way of connecting with people whether a teen or us as her parents. She has helped navigate through a very scary and stressful time. She has helped our daughter learn coping mechanisms and ways to deal with some of the pressures of being a teen today (social media, bullying, peer pressure, self image etc). I considered SSRIs but it was a non-starter due to the withdrawal effects of using typical anti-depressants and the costs associated with continuing a regimen. I posted a breakdown of the costs below. After a 3 week (2 treatments/week) I can say that it was a life-changing difference in my mental health.
