Lucky for me, on this particular rainy Saturday (Sept. 23, 2023), Justin decided to offer croughnuts at Hatch Kitchen at a discount. No matter where I purchase them, the croughnuts are always served hot, buttery, and fresh. The exterior has that perfect croissant flake and crust while the inside is soft and pillowy. My favorite is the vanilla glaze although I haven't tried a flavor I disliked. I've had other croughnuts before, even the acclaimed Dominique Ansel's, but JC's are the best, hands down.
