After spending two years in an all girls school, I was dying to leave for Wellington Secondary College. I spent two years at this school, half of 8th grade and half of 9th grade. And to be honest, I had the best time of my life! I got to meet BOYS! There's basically two sides the 7th - 8th grade side and the 9th-12th grade side. The division is due to the locker rooms, for example 7-8th grade have the same area locker rooms. From memories, those locker rooms were pretty bad, junky, dirty, and man it was pretty much out on the open door. So, when it rained - the student would hid inside the locker rooms and the floor gets all went and nasty. Getting rob is another problem - students either get rob or got robbed. You're either the too. Sure, my locker got opened a lot because the thief cut it open, so I never leave books inside and just leave it at home. The classrooms. Man, the classrooms - broken chairs, tables, and it's dirty. There are gums stacked everywhere - on the walls, under the table, and so on. Students are very rude to teachers. Teacher just keep on teaching and doing their jobs. Oh... there's a smoker's corner, apparently, this is where all the smokers hang out. And when a teacher walks pass... everyone puts their smokes out and smiles at the teacher. But then again, I had a great time in this crazy school. I learnt one important thing: how to be ghetto, yet be educated at the same time. If I had to send my kids to a school - I wouldn't want to send him or her to Wellington Secondary College. Send your kids elsewhere.

I think all my classmates loved this school too. Caulfield grammar school is a private school that also has a Caulfield campus. The teachers are incredibly talented and friendly, by the end of the year there is a real friendship between student and staff. The facilities are first grade, the buildings are new, the equipment is new and the rooms are very well maintained. The wheelers hill campus offers a swimming pool, ovals, tennis courts, gyms, theatre, dance room and a rock climbing wall...just to name a few. The classes are well taught, and the school community here is probably its winning factor. Every single student here feels united to one another thanks to the bond created by the school. The two main campuses often meet to create relationships; some of my best friends today are from the Caulfield campus. I loved my school, and I will definitely do my best to get my kids into Caulfield too. If your seeking a school for your kids, I would 110% recommend Caulfield grammar school.

Haven't been back to this place after 9 years, but sure did it change! There's more Asians now and the buildings are newer and cleaner. Plus, the school has longer and huger gates so predators can't jump over the fence, nor could the cute little kids jump over too. One of my best experience is that my teachers - they remember me, well maybe because my whole entire family went to school here and they all know who I am. St. Joesph's have lots of events and festivals that they plan every year - such as Christmas, Easter, and just to mention we all had to go to CHURCH! When I was a kid, I couldn't sit still and I was told off all the time by the teacher and got detention. She made me sit with BOYS, so that would totally shut me up - and in fact, it worked, I didn't speak to boys and I sat quietly in church. If I had to send my kids here - I'll consider it.
