There's a chance that I like the "idea" of this place more than the actual place, if that makes sense. It's an interior designer's showroom by day, but on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, the back opens up to a cozy little hipster bar. The bartenders were wearing kilts and plaid shirts, which I just assumed was part of an overarching trendy theme that I wasn't in on. The type of people that seemed to frequent this place were the cool, hipster-y/intellectual, well dressed types. The wine was afforable at 4€ a glass. The ambiance and low lighting allowed an air of exclusivity, which is always fun. Basically, if you want to impress someone with how artsy and "in-the-know" you are, I'd recommend taking them to this hidden place. read more
