Had enrolled myself as new patient on their website. Very inviting and easy. However, when checking…read morevia telephone whether I was accepted they could not find the enrollment and advised me to wait a couple of days. Again called after over a week and was informed that they do NOT accept anymore new patients! Why not indicate this on the website, follow-up by responding to my enrollment or inform me of this on my first call. Waist of time and effort. Is it that hard to be a bit more proactive in client service?
