Kiess Electric should be the first electricians you should call if you need any work done. This is the second time I have used them. The first project I made some last minute changes and they were very accommodating. The work was very professional and they even cleaned up after themselves. Recently I had some unexpected electrical issues at my house. The lights were flickering and I would lose power which would also turn off my heat. I thought it was on the electric company's side of the pole in regards to who fixes the repairs. Kiess came out when I was getting a run around with the electric company and personally talked to them so everyone would be on the same page. Kiess was very good at answering all my questions and text messages. When I found it was on my side of the pole that needed repairs Kiess was once again on top of things in regards to fixing it. I was very surprised with how busy they were they fixed it first thing on Monday morning! We should be blessed to have such great electricians in our service area. It was fantastic having outstanding quality work that one would find in the bigger cities right here at home. Since April 21st of this year I have had the pleasant experience of having Jordan from Kiess Electric to hour property. The first time was to have my post light in the backyard worked on, i.e., straightened and replacement of sensor and light bulbs. The second was for a complete replacement of the light fixture on the post light in the front of the house, plus a new sensor. The third occasion was today as a result of a weekend storm which knocked out my sensor on the front light. In all three occasions, Jordan responded in less that a week. Today I called about 9 AM and my problem was fixed by noon. It is not often that I have seen the efficiency, attention to detail and positive work ethic exemplified by Jordan. Was having an issue getting a switch wired up so I called several local electricians. Everyone seemed to be pushed out at least a week until they could send someone out. Kiess had someone out in TWO HOURS! Incredible. Jordan came out for the smallest of a job and gave me a contact number to reach him direct any time with any question.
