AVOID at all cost. The prices are lower but don't get sucked in by that. They have the worst customer service ever. I was going for Yuko straightening system. I made an appointment and told the girl who does them that I would really like to have it done well, no damage, no breakage. As recommended on Yuko website, I asked her if she was certified and trained by Yuko (the company recommends you make sure your hairstylist is trained in Yuko because of the high temperature used during the process) When I called on the day of my appointment I was told 'she doesn't feel comfortable doing it' and that she doesn't like clients with my approach!!! She refused to do it and CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY. Other Yuko places told me I have to wait 2 months for an appointment. Isn't it suspicious that a hairdresser refuses to do a treatment as soon as the client shows any indication that they are aware of the risks and have read the company website? I think it's clear there is something wrong here. I spoke to the salon that this girl said recommend her - London's main Yuko salon.
