My favorite place to take the kids! Every year my husband and I visit Monterrey for a few weeks and we have made it a family tradition to visit this wonderful place called KidZania. My daughter loves it! The kids have a choice to "work" in any career of their choice. KidZania has a wide selection of work choices: from pilots, cooks, cops, vet's, theater, tv, retail, and so much more. I strongly recommend KidZania as destination for anyone with children. I took my two small grandchildren to Kidzania this afternoon on August 11, 2017. I spent 800 pesos and found this to be one of the most poorly managed and disorganized places I have ever visited. Half of the concessions were closed when we arrived at 10:30 AM. Those concessions that were open took forever to get into. For example, the ice cream making venture only took four people at a time. We waited almost 1 hour to get into this place. The Coca-Cola concession, although open, was not staffed for over one hour. The line to work at the little Walmart store was over an hour long, and not adequately staffed. This terrible experience has a very negative effect on the global brands presented in this venture. The owners of this franchise should pull the license for Monterrey. I would highly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs. A total waste of money and time.
