I had previously had him at Kidz Watch in Perrysburg and then Bee Creative on Heatherdowns. Both daycares were terrible compared to here. Bee Creative sat children in front of a TV ALL DAY LONG. It did not matter what time I dropped my son off or what time I picked him up, the TV was always on and the lights were always dimmed. Kidz Watch was just as bad, with catty assistants who gossiped about me, poor meal plans (I was actually charged per day, per meal, on top of it my normal monthly fee to have my child here.) With all that being said, I didn't expect much from anywhere and figured it was typical. CDC is incredible. All the staff are kind and understanding and genuinely care about the children. I took my son on vacation with me for a week, and he asked me when we were going to go back so he could "Be with my buddies" LOL He has developed genuine connections with the kids and teachers. I watch him learn things, have adventures, go on field trips and grow into an observant, compassionate and caring child. The right daycare/preschool makes all the difference. I have not had a single disappointing experience in the 2 years he has been here. He will be going into kindergarten next year, but I will strongly consider this place as his after school care center as I work until 530pm. Thank you for everything you have done for my little man CDC.

When I asked them about this, their answer was " he did not like the food. They left him hungery all the time. With the short time he was attending CDC, he picked up some infection. He could not survive for a long time there. When we was becoming closer to the building , he started to cry. He is no longer attand CDC, but became mad since he was going there and still carrying this habit. For every minute I left my baby in CDC I regret and felt disappointment. Their first priority is not our children, but the money and the property. At the end, I decided to find another day care, I request them to return his staff back, they said they did not know where are they. I contacted the main CDC corporation office, who contacted them, out of the blue they found some of his staff but not all of them. They are not interested in listening to my concerns about why my child is mad and unhappy. They do not want any one to know about there '' generosity with my baby", they screen me from their facebook page, I am no longer able to write a comment, and they removed all of my comments. So they think no one will know about them. I strongly recommended to avoid going to CDC. Ex-CDC parent

I have been sending my son to Kidzwatch, Perrysburg since he was 10 months old. He didn't have any…read moreproblem there until the management changed recently, about 5 or 6 months back. All the old girls who worked there have been replaced with new ones and the new girls are inexperienced and inefficient to say the least. They're extremely rude. My son's dad is outside the country due to work and so my son, who is extremely attached to his dad, is unable to see his dad for the last 3 months and this has made my son suffer from feelings of insecurity and abandonment issues and his emotional problems have turned worse due to the negligence and ill-treatment he suffered at the hands of the girls who are working in Kidzwatch now. My son is four years old going to be five years next month. Kidzwatch does not have the facility to accommodate children above 2 years. They believe that a child above 2 years is going to stay quiet like an infant all through the day without engagement in any activity. They would make children sit in front of the tv expecting them to be quietly watching tv most of the day. They don't have any playground. The one playground they use is a small fenced out space with nothing entertaining for a small child to do. The two-room facility is so cramped that if you have an active child like mine, he cannot walk or run freely. Their entrance door can be easily opened by a toddler or a small child. When my son tried to run out of the door, instead of admitting their own mistake in not getting the door fixed and keep it child-friendly, they continuously put the blame on my four year old son that he is the one causing nuisance and he is becoming a "liability". I told them many a time that my son is going through emotional problems, but the girls there continuously heckled him. He got so scared of Kidzwatch that at the end he would throw a fit every time I used to take him there. He would cry for hours not wanting to go there. When my friend went to drop my son, the girls there told my friend that she has done a study in psychology and that my son might have aspergers. Another one told my friend that my son is the worst child in the daycare. If they're making these unqualified diagnosis and saying nasty things about my son to my friend, I wonder what were the things they were saying to my son there. No wonder he acts like a scared kitten every time I mention the name of Kidzwatch to him now. I feel sorry for the quality of the service there turning so bad in the last few months. This was the same daycare I celebrated my son's birthday at last year. For the poor service they provide, their price is one of the highest in Perrysburg. Please do your research before sending your children to this facility. PS: I must mention here that these things have been happening to my son ever since the management changed and the old girls like Emma, Brittney and Taylor are gone. The new girls are pathetic. They don't have any experience of taking care of a small child. One girl who stays in the evening sent me a message saying that he is running around and is not listening to her and that I must take my son home immediately. I thought they only send children home when they throw up or get sick.

No pro-ration, no exceptions. No other company does that. We canceled around June 15 and were billed for all of July, despite not using the facility since May. Gigantic rip off! Attempts at mediation were futile. Front desk staff at Wolf Creek were useless and directed us to the main office. Multiple calls and voicemails to the main office's accountant were ignored. This gym is one of the best YMCAs I have ever used. It's not shiny and new, nor is it the largest, nor does it have the most equipment. They let me enter without calling my home gym to verify me and I appreciate the trust. Just a really great bunch of people. I even had a long extended conversation with the guy at the front desk about how he used to live in Buffalo on the west side and how it has changed over the years. He hasn't been back in decades. I had just driven from Buffalo that very night. They open up at 4:30 in the morning which is excellent. They have some cute show offy girls working out here, wearing outfits that are against the rules, and that you would not see in my home gym. That was pretty awesome actually. And there are always staff members on the floor who know everybody by name ready to help out. They don't know me by name of course. But maybe they will, after this review.
