The warmth, kindness, and genuine care from every staff member create an environment that feels like home. What makes Aguamarina so unique is not only the way children learn through play, but also the emphasis on emotional development, values, and a sense of belonging. Our children are not just learning--they're thriving, surrounded by love, patience, and encouragement. The teaching method is truly next-level, blending structure and creativity in such a thoughtful and meaningful way. Aguamarina isn't just a preschool--it becomes family. Our oldest is now in Aguamarina Elementary, and our youngest is in PK3 after starting in PK1 -- she absolutely loves going to school! Aguamarina Preschool offers a warm, nurturing, and innovative learning environment. The teachers are dedicated and caring, guiding each child through a journey of discovery, creativity, and emotional growth. We're constantly amazed by how naturally our daughter learns and how she applies new knowledge in her daily life. The school's hands-on and personalized approach truly reflects the new era of education -- children learn by exploring, playing, and connecting with the world around them. We couldn't be happier to see both of our daughters thriving in such an inspiring place.

I was finally able to tour the center, and I loved the layout of it and the activities the children were doing, the place was very peaceful when you walked in and everything seemed very put together. However, when tours are scheduled, I feel that people are always on their best behavior. I enrolled my kids in at the last minute and decided to drop them off in the middle of their day because I was running late that day. The toddler class was fine, and my son walked in happily. But when I handed my baby over to the infant class, I was completely disappointed. The teacher for the infant class was playing Cocomelon for the kids on her phone. A real Teacher would know that any screen time before the age of 18 months has detrimental effects on a child brain, especially shows like Cocomelon, which are designed to be addicted to babies and toddlers (literally, look it up.) I spoke to the director right away and informed her that I was not comfortable leaving my son in that class because the teacher was giving the babies screen time without the knowledge of the parents. The director said that she was not aware that this was happening and that it must've been a one time thing. However, when I asked the teacher why they were watching Cocomelon and she said that she used it as a transition for them to get ready to go to the park, which makes no sense. The director of the daycare was really nice and offered a trial week, but overall, I will not be enrolling my kids here simply for the fact that the teachers are doing things behind the directors back. Had it not been for that, I would've been happy to enroll my kids into this daycare as they had a lot of good programs for the kids.

Four years later I chose it again for my second child, who is now about to complete his preschool stage. Not to say that I didn't like any of the other schools I visited. We are lucky in Miami to have so many great choices for preschool. But this little gem spoke to my heart. It truly is a place where families experience learning together. As a cooperative preschool, parents work along side the teacher, who by the way has been there for about 20 years and is truly dedicated to her mission. The children learn, and learn to love learning, by doing a lot of what they do best: play...inside and outdoors. They also have daily structured art, math, science, reading, pre writing, and writing activities. Because of the class size, the teacher is able to assist each child at their own level, and there are about two field trips each month!!!, so as a group you also get to know Miami and what it has to offer the community quite well! You get to truly meet the parents of the other children, since it's not just a drop off place, and your family finances don't suffer, because it costs a fraction of what all other schools in Miami cost (plus VPK4 year is completely free!). My second child graduates in less than a month, but my entire family will carry this little place forever close to our hearts. We all are better people because of the five years spent at this little treasure we found.

My kids thrived here and were truly cared for in every way. My son left this school not only potty trained, but also independent, confident, and full of grace and courtesy. Both of my children now greet others with a warm "good morning" or "hello," something that has carried over beautifully into their new school. I've even been told multiple times that they are model students, and I know without a doubt it's because of the love, hard work, and dedication poured into them here. My daughter also left this school reading and writing with confidence, speaking in such a mature and thoughtful way for her age. The foundation she received here continues to shine through in her new environment. As Montessori says, education is a partnership between teacher, parent, and child and this school lived that truth every single day. I could not have done it alone, and I'll forever be thankful for the foundation they gave my children.

First, let me start with the cleanliness of this school, which is very important to me. The care and love they have for the children are evident, and I'm not just speaking for my own. Even though I know she's the favorite... shhh, let me not say that out loud. lol. The routine and lessons have taught my daughter discipline, independence, and manners. She is in the Spanish-only class, which I feel is very important. She counts 1-15 in Spanish, knows all her basic colors, animals, and much more. She sings, dances, and is pretty much as happy as can be every single day. She loves her friends and visits the ones that have moved on to the bigger class. This is the best investment anyone can make for their kids. I love Ms. D, Ms. Belkis, Ms. Mayleni, and Ms. Isabel, and I also appreciate the other teachers as well. Love,

CMS was the only school they ever knew, and during their time there, we had the joy of watching them grow--not just as students, but as individuals. Academically, they thrived. When they transitioned to middle school and later high school, they were already ahead in Math, English, and Science. More importantly, they had developed a genuine love for learning. They became well-spoken, self-confident, curious, and independent thinkers with strong problem-solving skills. CMS taught them the value of thinking outside the box--always with a strong foundation in discipline and responsibility. They also became deeply aware of the importance of caring for our planet--its environment, animals, and plants. Their social lives flourished as well; the friendships they built at CMS have become like family to us. Over the years, we were fortunate to travel across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe as part of the CMS field trips, creating unforgettable memories together. We truly loved this school and everything it offered our children and family. If you're considering CMS, we wholeheartedly encourage you to visit, meet the incredible staff, and begin building the same lasting memories for your family. It's a decision we are forever grateful for.
