I wasn't able to be with my dad on his birthday - but I wanted him to take a load off, be in the moment and just LAUGH! And that was accomplished! I reached out to another telegram company and the plan fell through at the very last moment - I was devastated - by the time I found Peggy's information it was so late and I had already crossed off that gift from my list. Peggy reached out directly, learned that my previous plans had fallen through and literally said - let me figure something out for you. My dad was greeted by his favorite childhood cartoon character Scooby Doo and singing "Happy Birthday" the entire place enjoyed that experience and he felt like the most special dad ever! I thought to myself- where do we now get our ballon's for events?? I did a quick google search and contacted several ballon artist companies. The Posh Ballon Was the only one to respond to my inquiry ! Admittedly I realized I needed a ballon solution at the last minute, like the week of the event!! Jordyn from The Posh Ballon provides stellar service. Her online ordering process is seamless, but she is available to assist if you have questions and/ or concerns. I purchased a grab and go garland given the time restraint. I was able to pick a size of the garland, as well as the specific colors I needed for my event. After ordering I was able to pay for the item within the same website. After purchasing you do have to sign a contract. Following the completion of the contract and payment everything is all set. I was provided with very detailed instructions on how to pick up the ballon's. Additionally , I received several reminders that my schedule time to pick up my order was approaching. To sum up my experience-- I 1,000% recommend The Posh Ballon. The service is outstanding, and the product delivered is as expected. Please do not hesitate to utilize The Posh Balloon For all of your ballon needs!
