Water- pressure was a bit on the low side, but clean and serviceable. Pretty hard though at 210ppm, so bring a softener. Sewer- every site has multiple hook points, all in good shape and not stripped out Electric- 50A/30A/20A service on sites, pedestal is limited to 50A total. Be careful with total accessories connected so that no one leg goes over 50A. Power quality is excellent with no brownouts. Campground is beautiful and well maintained. Lots of rustic decorations and the front office is like a mini museum of license plates. Be warned- it is truly built on the side of a hill and the long-term spots are geared towards shorter rigs. Roadway is a one way which goes up to the very top of the hill before going back down, better hope everything is bolted down tight before tackling it. The turn going to the pull throughs is pretty tight for longer rigs and has a pinch point at the bunkhouse and propane station. I brought a 41' Super C and 28' trailer and stayed for a month. Office guy was super accommodating and set me up in a pull through because I wasn't able to access any of the back in sites (the hill to site access is pretty steep). 3 of the pull throughs are about 75' long, 1 is about 50' and the other is about 35'. There wasn't enough room left in my 75' pullthrough so office guy set me up with a different parking spot nearby for my car. What impressed me most was the attention to maintenance. They actually have a mini snowplow and salt spreader to keep the roads de-iced and clean, even during snowstorms. Not only that, they keep the road (Pearl Ln) clean of trash out as far as both ends.

They also have really great communication! We got texts when the store was going to be closed & when items were found in the park. With our truck & 5th wheel, we are 50+ feet long and we were able to easily navigate the park and into the pull through spot. We would definitely come back. Thanks!

Contact lady said she would help getting another company to do the job. I was not having an urgent issue, so I ask to be placed on the next available slot when her crew issue was resolved. The next business day I was contacted to be scheduled the following morning. Crew of three showed up on time and conducted business in a professional manner. Made a small but functional access hole and filled back in after finish of septic evacuation and input line check. I had to seed a 3' X 3' square. Reasonable rate $$ I'm a retired senior.
