Par is nothing short amazing. She really makes sure the kids are taken care of so you don't need to stress. I love that she sends pics of our son throughout the day, this makes me trust and feel so much more at ease while I'm at work knowing he is in the best hands! She provides such a great learning experience for our son, he has learned so much over the time he's been going. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a daycare with a kind heart and amazing environment! read more

We've been taking our son to Kid Kare for over 2 years now and couldn't have asked for a better day care. She has fun filled days with music, singing and dancing, coloring and story time. And her backyard is huge for outside play! We also receive daily pictures and Par is able to accommodate our schedule. read more

I have been fortunate to do storytelling and puppets at bookstores and at schools to encourage children to read. While storytelling at Kid Kare I found the children to be enthusiastic, curious, focused and very polite. I was amazed that some of them knew sight words and were starting to read sentences. It was clear from Par's interaction with the children that they felt cared for and valued. I only wish Kid Kare was in Redondo Beach for my son and his wife. If you need childcare I would call Kid Kare and talk with Par. read more

KidKare is not just a daycare, but a place of immense growth and compassion for your children. The owner Par, treats each child as her own with the kind of attention, love, support, empathy and respect I have not seen replicated in any other daycare setting. It is obvious from her energetic and contagious energy that she truly cares about each child that comes into her care, and puts the time, energy and dedication each child deserves most. KidKare is not just a daycare center, but a place where your child can also flourish, grow and learn. I especially love the activities that Par continuously creates for the children, be them recreational or educational. It is obvious from the reviews here that when you're in need of a daycare for your child, KidKare is the only place to consider. read more

I have been referring parents to Ms. Par and Kid Kare for 18 years, ever since I first had my daughter in her preschool at the age of 3. EVERYONE and EVERY child is given as much love and respect as she gives her own family. Every year Ms. Par continues to bring together in a reunion all of the children and families she has cared for over the years. Par is gentle and compassionate. I love her attention to maintaining a safe yet fun environment! She even watched my daughter overnight while I was giving birth to her baby brother. Par is the ONLY non-family member that I have allowed this honor. I trust her implicitly. The kids receive home-cooked meals and she has a solid focus on learning and development properly preparing the children for a successful transition to kindergarten. I have always and will continue, to strongly recommend Kid Kare. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Kid Kare and Par!! My daughter has been going to Par three days per week since she was 4.5 months old. She's now 17 months and thriving in her care! From the moment I brought my daughter to meet Par, I knew that we had found he right place for our daughter. Par has a wonderful way with children, and so much experience. My daughter has loved Par since day one! She is so happy to go to see Par in the morning, and bubbling with laughter and all smiles when I pick her up in the afternoon. Par provides so much more than just childcare: nutritious, homemade meals, outdoor play, reading time, drum circle, games and music, arts and crafts time (the sweet and creative gifts that my daughter brings home for holidays are amazing!!), and structured learning (even for my little 17-month old!) My daughter's verbal ability is well-above average and I credit a lot of that with Par's influence! She speaks 50+ words, and understands so many more. Par provides the best care for my daughter that my husband and I could imagine. We are so grateful to have found such a loving and caring environment for her. Par sends multiple pictures of the kids' activities every day, and they always look like they are having such fun. We don't trust just anyone with our daughter, and in fact have only had grandparents and Par watch her ever! Par is like family, and we could not recommend Kid Kare more! read more

I met Par back in 1997 when I accompanied my sister in bringing my nieces to Kidkare. This is the only place my sister felt very comfortable leaving her kids. 14 years later, it became my time as a mother to place my then 18 months old son to a Daycare. I did not look for other Daycare facilities in our area, I automatically went to Par and eversince, I have recommended her to anyone I know who needs a good Daycare. So far, the moms I have made recommendations to were very pleased as well. Over the years, Par and her staff had been very consistent in providing excellent care and a warm environment that is conducive to the enhancement of each child's social and learning skills. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Par and Kid Kare! My son has been coming here since he was four months old. (I think he loves it more here with Ms. Par than at home with mommy and daddy! Lol!) She cares for him as if he was her own. As a first time parent, she offers advice when needed, and helps guide us when wanted. Par provides a safe, welcoming, clean, caring, explorative & stimulating environment with happy children. She helps the kids with homework, teaches them songs, has story time, educates them in reading & writing skills as well as creates creative projects such as painting and even how to make a salad! My son's favorite activity is Animally Day! This is when they bring in an animal, whether it be a rabbit, a hamster, a chicken (and many others!) and the kids learn all about the animal! They dress like the animal, they learn all about the animal and then they get to touch the animal! My son LOVES Animally Day! It is just about the cutest thing EVER! Par has become part of our family. I could not imagine our life without her!! She is truly our saving Grace! read more

Par is the the sweetest most consistent caregiver. Very patient and understanding as well as creative. She comes up with amazing crafts and learning exercises that are stimulating and educational. I knew they were well taken care of. I highly recommend KidKare read more

Kids watch movies in the afternoon. Par was very rude when I contacted her about the daycare. I asked her what type food would you provide for 1 year old, she said formulas. After few questions, in the phone she said, you know what, I've answered you enough questions. If you are interested in, schedule a tour. That's it for today. Bye-bye. read more

I met Par when my daughter (who is turning 6 this summer) was not even 6 months old. The anxiety I felt returning to work as a first time mom was almost unbearable. At first, I even paid a membership fee for a website that provided sitters to come to my house with options for background checks but I was disappointed by the candidates that I ended up hiring. So after looking at my options for nearby daycare facilities, one day, I ended up at Par's doorstep (I firmly believe it was fate that led me to her...) And from that day on till now, though I have relocated quite some distance away from her, we have remained a family (yes, not just friends, but family). Par truly cares and provides excellent program where children not only thrive but accomplish exponential growth. She provides home-cooked, healthy and wholesome meals and will even potty train for busy, working parents. She has the biggest heart out of anyone I have ever met and I always felt at ease knowing my daughter was under Par's care. Despite the busy schedule of the daycare, you can expect to receive pictures of your mini me throughout the day and beautiful artworks waiting for you when you arrive for pick up. Par also hosts special and educational events for children and annual Halloween parties for all families from past and present that my daughter and I still attend to this day. I can guarantee that if you trust Par with the care of your previous little ones, you will gain a family for life. read more

Par and I go back 17 years. I raised 2 girls as a single mother. My oldest was 2 yrs old and my youngest was 6 months old. I found a job and needed child care. I passed by Par place and knocked on the door and she opened her door. I asked can you take care of my kids I need to start my job ASAP. She said yes I said good I'll be back at 4:30pm. But when I saw my girls happy n didn't want to go home I knew that they are in safe hands and as years went by we are like best of friends and my girls adore her. She was their part time mom. Who taught them their first English words and how to share and clean up. And learn things like a pre school with story time and arts n crafts. But the most thing they love to most was the birthday parties Par gave the kids. After 17 yrs my girl go to par's house their pictures are still on her wall. I recommend all my family n friends to Par. read more

Par is an amazing provider to all children in her care! I teach at a local elementary school and I have had many of the children that have been in her daycare. They come in with social and academic skills, as well as a love of learning. She cares for the children's well being beyond the hours of her care. She tries to help the kids with preparing them for school and when in her care, with their daily assignments. She cares about each child and they all love her! read more

I am a kindergarten teacher at a nearby elementary school, and I have had the privilege of having several of Par's kids in my classroom. They have all been well-mannered, respectful, and friendly! In addition, it is evident that Par has worked with these Children on their academics, as each one has entered my classroom with strong social, emotional and academic skills! Par goes above and beyond than what you might see in other daycares. She is exceptional!!!! read more

Par is a cut above most daycare givers . She really cares about the development of your child . She is so great with communicating with us as parents about what our children are learning each day . Bilingual Language skills on top of english , numbers , alphabet , art , outside time , reading , memory games and home made food . i couldnt be happier with how my son has progressed in his interactions with other children as she sets an example of how to friendly , loving and yet organized and on a schedule , wich we all know children thrive best in . My son is almost two and he has learned phrases like " bless you " and knows to say it when someone sneezes :) She even helped us to break him of his pacifier habit and carrying his blanket around with him everywhere . We are So grateful for her knowledge , expertise and she has offered so much insight into the fazes toddlers go through . I would give her and her daycare a 10 Star rating on here if i there was that option . read more

We love Kidkare and Par. My wife and I searched extensively before finding her place. It was love at first sight with her and our daughter who was a one-year old at the time. Since that first meeting Par has been like an extension of our family. That relationship is shared with the other children under her care. We always look forward to the parties and reunions at her place and marvel at all of the kids and families that attend. Many of the kids in their teens and still return and mingle right in with toddlers and preschoolers. A rare and special experience that demonstrates to their love for Par. We whole-heartedly recommend Kidkare to anyone seeking quality, personal child care and a relationship that will last forever. read more

I had a friend who's young son went to day care here. I used to visit with her quite often and fell in love with Par as a person. I hate to write a bad review but I wanted to let you know what happened with my experience at this day care. First off, Par was not there when we had our appointment and the woman who answered the door let me in to look around. On the telephone, Par told me there was no TV. The children were watching a movie. And the biggest red flag was the non air conditioned room. I understand if the AC is broken and in the process of getting fixed, but they didn't even have a fan running. I heard wonderful things about Par and I am sure she is a caring person, but to be mislead about the TV, and the AC I think are things other parents might want to know. read more

Update: my kids have been with Par for almost 4 years now, and are doing fantastic. My son started kinder, but is with Par before and after school. She helps the school kids do their homework and reads with them as soon as they get there. She also has the activities they can do with the younger kids when they're all together. She has a long, strong history and connection with the local elementary teachers and administrators, and makes sure all her kids are meeting the same expectations of respectful behavior at school, home, and daycare. I cannot rave about Par enough. If you are looking for quality daycare, this is it! read more

From the moment I left my infant son in Par's arms, I knew he was in a safe, warm, and loving home. Par goes above and beyond with the children in her care. She provides a home with nutritional meals, education, and fun! Each child is treated as her own. Every year Par hosts a Halloween reunion for the current and past kids. There is always a great turnout. Many of the kids that participate are in their 20's now! I think this says mounds about Par!! We had an exceptional experience with Par. I will forever be grateful to her! read more

As a father of five children, I have experienced more child care operations than your average Papa Bear. Kid Kare is far and away the best child care available in the San Fernando Valley and beyond. They truly care about the well being, happiness and early education of the children in their care. They even had a "graduation ceremony" complete with caps and gowns for my son and his mates when they were old enough to move on to Kindergarten! You can pay more, but you definitely won't get better care than you will find at Kid Kare! read more

My son has been going to KidKare for the last 5 months now and we both love it! He had just turned 2 when he started going and in such a short amount of time, we were blown away with his development in language, learning songs, counting, and take direction. Par has such a way with kids and offers wonderful advice to the parents. She hosts fantastic and enjoyable holiday parties. The parents get daily photos of the kids doing class work, eating their meals, and playing. Very fun to receive these photos! I had only planned on taking my son for one month while I did part time work nearby, but then decided to take him a couple times a week after my job was over even though its completely out of my way and a bit of a distance for me. It's worth it! read more

This daycare is excellent! My daughter has learned so much from Par! I am very particular about food and Par really takes care of that for me. Academics wise I give 10 stars, because all the kids follow an amazing curriculum and they can read and write at 4 years of age. The art days are also excellent. The parties are great! read more

Par is a wonderful person! She really loves the kids that she watches as if they are her own. I had brought my son to her when he was just a few months old because I had to go to work. He loves it there, with all the activities that they do. My son is two and a half and he knows how to socialize and knows things that I never would of guessed a 2 year would know. Thanks Par. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a reliable person to watch their kids. read more

Kidkare is by no question the best daycare in the valley. My daughter went there when she was 10 months old and right away fell in love with Par, she has a 6th sense with children. I have known Par for literally my whole life! I went to her day care starting at the age of 3 and now I'm almost 22. My brother went to her as well. She is one of the most amazing woman I have ever met in my life. She cares about every child that is in her care and provides them all with a personal experience best for their growth. In many ways Par shaped me into the woman I am today. She has a heart of gold and is truly a child whisper. She speaks and understands children on every level. She sets fun and educational activities that all the children really enjoy. I have even worked with Par as her assistance for a while and couldn't have asked for a better "boss"! She is more like a second mom to me! I am so grateful that my parents found her and I had a chance to grow with her help! She's the best!!! read more

Par is truly amazing! I'm a first time mom and I haven't been around a lot of kids in my life so when I looked for child care previously I didn't know what to look for and I ended up putting my daughter in a daycare close to my work that was very unstructured. When my daughter started having constant tantrums and behavioral and listening skills were not developing I knew I needed to make a change. When I met Par and she showed me her curriculum and explained their daily activities, holiday events, food program and her teaching techniques I knew it was the right place for my daughter. Almost immediately I began to see changes in my daughter's behavior and her development with learning. It's been just under 6 months and my daughter has now come a very long way and I'm confident I made the right choice. If it wasn't for Par I don't know where we would be she really made our home a happier place to be together! She works very hard on her program and is very creative, she has holiday events that the kids participate in and send pictures daily which is a big relief for a parent when you are wondering what your kid does all day at daycare. I would recommend her to anyone :) read more

Want the greatest child care ever, KidKare is it. Let me tell you a short story first. The two parents worked full time, the parents of my grandson, I worked part time and was able to take him and pick him up. They first chose a day care down the block. Had a hard time getting him to go Monday thru Friday and was always getting sick. I told the parents that when I would pick him up kids were always sick and the area where they kept the kids cramped and way too many kids, he was pulled from there. The next day called Par at KidKare and set up an appointment. My grandson and I went over for the interview, she even let him play with the other kids while going thru the interview, he enjoyed it so much. The next day he started KidKare at the age of one, this back in 2004. The first day he was scared because of the other experience he had with the other day care. When I went to pick him up that afternoon he didn't want to leave, he enjoyed himself so much. The next day he couldn't wait to go to day care and every day after that. He stayed until he started kindergarten and was so prepared as KidKare taught him so much preparing him, he is now in 7th grade and because of those teaching skills he received from Par at KidKare he is doing so well in school. Also when they are ready to go to kindergarten Par holds a graduation with cap and gown and even a diploma, it was so heart warming a day to remember. This is a very loving and caring day care and anyone I run into that is looking for a good day care I always tell Par at KidKare is the best. It's very clean and the kids are taken care of so good and have sent her several kids. So if looking for a very good day care and are concerned about what kind of place they will be going to Kid Kare is the place to go. Would also like to tell you that Par and I have been friends since 2004 with her son and daughter, in fact her son has been a very good friend to my grandson. That is the kind of people they are, just wonderful. Grandma Sandi read more
