You gave me a price and told me that you didn't want to keep going through Yelp to communicate and to email your "front office person" but did not give me an email address to email to. So I gave you mine and my phone number and asked you to contact me and I got no reply! This is not good customer service. Don't worry, I took my business to another company who were very courteous and responsive and less expensive than what you originally quoted me, and will have my items ready in just under a week! Shame on you and your staff!
