I was just visiting Ramstein AB and have heard of this store from sneaker forums. They had a great selection of sneakers, tees, and caps. Prices were equivalent or less than US retail prices. Me and my husband love going to Kickz. He collects shoes and we have been searching for good sneaker shops to go to and buy the new shoes that drop. Unfortunately we will not be buying any from this particular location. We have gone into this store multiple times and there is one lady in particular that is very rude. She sits in the back and never comes to ask ANYONE if they need help. When we walk up to her she talks as if it's a burden to speak back. I'm not sure why she is employed in a customer service job. I would highly recommend sending in a few people undercover(of different races) to check out your staff and how they react to customers. We shouldn't feel like we can't walk into this store. And we are not the only ones that feel this way. read more
