Just like any heavily visited store, the place was a bit of a mess with clothes hangers stickers all over the floor. The free WiFi in there did not work and the chairs to sit while waiting were completely destroyed. The USB charging stations were broken as well. While checking out, the cashier checking us out was pretty rude and did not try at all to figure out if a particular item was on sale or not. Felt really rushed and therefore didn't get all that I wanted to.

I said look how heavy this bag is and it is a paper bag so it would break. She says yes but she doesnt care if it breaks cause you shop at Primark you follow our procedure of bagging. Or you pay for your extra bags. Rude. The people they hire tells about this company. Very cheap clothes but very bad quality too. Ghetto people working there.
