I found Dunstan Hardcastle law firm in a Google search with a few others. My contact with them was an email enquiry on their website and their quick response was impressive. What made me choose them? Price and location! The fees charged by this law firm for one of the partners providing his signature and seal as well as witnesses, was very reasonable compared to that of others. They're also located in a convenient area with ample parking. The experience was great, an efficient team and a swift transaction. They also explained to us the process of how to get the documents apostilled and even when the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade was open to get this done. Now that was thoughtful. This alone saved me valuable time. When we had to do a second notary public authentication, we naturally chose them without thinking twice. I highly recommend them for notary services!

Compared to many places, I find their inks to be a bit expensive. I'm not sure if it's because they specialise in it, but I have found laser printer inks are better prices elsewhere. The quality at Cartridge World is very good though, which is why I sometimes come here for my ink. The customer service here is okay. I've had a mix of experiences. Sometimes, there is a complete lack of customer service, but most times the staff have been extremely helpful and attentive. I guess it just depends. Parking here can be a pain because there isn't enough of it for the tiny complex in which Cartridge World belongs to. So you may need to park on the side streets. This is a good shop for high quality ink. I believe it should be supported because many of their customers have become tempted by the Officeworks down the road.

An excellent lolly establishment! As a lolly aficionado I would say that The Sweet Zone definitely…read morewins in the NZ candy stakes because they have a lot more variety of NZ brands and treats than other lolly shops I've been to. The other thing that I think is a strength here is that not only do they sell American soda like lots of other candy stores, here they've had the foresight to keep it in a fridge. Everywhere else the imported drinks are just kept on the shelves so you have to carry them home and refrigerate them, but at The Sweet Zone if you want a nice, cold Welch's Grape Soda all you have to do is open the can. The prices of their imported good are also generally more reasonable than a lot of other similar shops who seem to raise the prices more than is justifiable to cover import costs. It's a good thing that I'm usually running late to catch my train because it means that as much as I want to stop and enter The Sweet Zone, I usually have to run past with a longing backwards glance. My waistline would like to thank Queensland Rail for scheduling trains in such a way that I'm perpetually sprinting up the escalators to my platform instead of skipping down the aisles at The Sweet Zone with an armful of candy which is where I'd rather be!

You'll often see passengers and school kids stopping by the store for a quick sweet fix for the train ride home. Chances are they'll be picking up some specialty candies, including those exported from the US, the UK, Holland, and New Zealand. I stopped by on the way home and picked up a few treats for my sister (a bag of pineapples), and my best friend (a can of Dr. Pepper). What I love most about this store is it stocks a lot of candies that are hard to come by, and they're sold in snack-sized portions. I picked up a bag of Allen's Mackintosh's toffees, which my mum used to buy when we were kids, but I've since never seen in any other store. I also picked up some Big Red cinnamon gum, which is getting harder and harder to come by.

I keep reminding here there is now something called online banking, but she refuses to move with the times. Despite her reluctance to move with the times and go online, she still manages to make her visits to Telstra shop in Indro to pay the bills and get all her questions answered while she's at it. The Telstra shop in Indro have proved to be so good at their customer service that it doesn't even tempt my mum into online banking. She enjoys coming here because it is convenient and she always has peace of mind. As I said the customer service is really good. There is often a Telstra staff member greeting customers as they enter the store. The staff would ask the customers what service they are after and if they could assist in any way. They do help! If you tell them you have a problem with your bill, they will point you in the right direction etc etc. Simple and basic good customer service.

Got to know about Caroline's service from a friend. I was impressed that she was willing to meet me…read morepersonally for her 'no-obligation quote' and she actually went into quite a bit of detail about what she thinks is best for my company's online/digital strategy based on my business and industry. No other marketing agency or individual had done that before. I did not realise how complex being online could be. I decided to give it a go as I was keen to see some progress with my online business. Caroline always kept me informed about progress and she was upfront about not being a short-term strategist. Traffic and sales through my online store improved. She also managed to trace which strategy was giving the best return and adapted accordingly. She is very meticulous and attentive. Also, quite impressed with her skillset. I think she is perfect for any small enterprise looking to get into the digital space.
