Finally, I called and picked up the car and went elsewhere. Peter was a very nice man, and didn't charge me for whatever diagnostic test he ran, but I was still disappointed. I understand its a busy time, and I certainly understand being short handed, but don't accept new customers if you cannot fulfill the work.

This type of customer service is woefully lacking and many other stores/companies could take notes. They were engaging and took the time to explain to me about the difference between recommended sidewall tire pressure and the manufacturers recommended tire pressure for the car type. I came left with a greater understanding of something that is very basic to the operation of an automobile. I'll need an oil change in another 1000 miles and a tune up in 3000 miles.
