Made an appointment a week in advance to get my car looked at. Brought my car in on that day, and…read morewas told I'd be receiving a call soon to let me know what the issue was. Never received a call letting me what the problem was. I had called three times over the course of seven days, and every time I got no answer. Finally, I called and picked up the car and went elsewhere. Peter was a very nice man, and didn't charge me for whatever diagnostic test he ran, but I was still disappointed.
I understand its a busy time, and I certainly understand being short handed, but don't accept new customers if you cannot fulfill the work.
