For a small meal £1.99 will get you a burger, chips and a can of soft drink. When I do take away it's generally not chicken, also when albany fish bar is a few steps away I'd choose them every time. Chicken from Benny's chicken is very similar to KFC in my opinion, very tasty but not something to eat after a night on the drink.

The customer service wasn't great and I couldn't get a straight answer out of the girl on the phone, however; the food was tasty and cooked to order. My only recommendation is that the manager conducts some mandatory customer service training with his staff.

However that aside, the food here is of an acceptable standard. I've never had an issue with anything I have ordered and most of the time the chicken is well cooked and crispy. The price is also fair and the offers they do make it quite good value for money. The staff do their job, the service is alright. I have no complaints. The parking is adequate although the shape of the car park can cause an issue, as in some spaces you need to drive head-on with anyone going into the drive-through to get out.
