So I definitely went in this with a new palate. The staff is super friendly and helpful when helping you order. The place just felt so clean. Even with a lunch rush, it still felt so orderly. We ordered Amy's single, sweet potato fries, regular fries, and tortilla soup. I was surprised by the veggie burger patty. All the fixings really helped the burger feel complete and delicious. Organic and delicious is just something out of the ordinary which I love. The fries were definitely the star of their own show. I could just order these and I'd would've kept coming back. I've had some bad fries growing up, but these fries were so crisp, not overly oily, so clean that I could keep eating them like chips. The flavor of even the regular fries was delicious. Sweet potato fries were amazingly crisp too and not floppy or soggy-like. These fries are a hit. Tortilla soup was definitely good, I haven't had tortilla soup before so I didn't know what to expect. But wow, there was a lot of flavor with it. Chunks of vegetables, and the broth was just so flavorful. It's sad to see a good place go away, I do wish everyone good luck on their future endeavors.

In N Out is ALWAYS my first option and there's several factors that go in to my decision making. 1. Quality of food 2. Convenience 3. Affordability In N Out, even on a busy night can still provide 10/10 service, I don't think in all of my years have they EVER got my order wrong. The taste is always the same, you get great bang for your buck and the food is delicious. Say what you will about their French fries... "They're not good"... "they're hard"... "they're horrible when they're cold".. blah blah blah, I LOVE their French fries because they're fresh and they literally cut them right in front of you whether you're dining in or looking through the window while in the drive-thru. The food service professionals were exceptional and friendly. The Rohnert Park branch is located in a shopping district. There are many restaurants, retailers, and hotels nearby. The Graton Resort and Casino is also just a few miles away.

You order at the counter, they give you a number, you find a table, and then they deliver your meals to your table. The server was so sweet to ask us if we would like some waters. She returned with large cups of iced waters for us. The feel of this place is nothing like a fast food establishment. There was even a Christmas tree with a big red chair and the tree had the cutest Chick fil-A ornaments. The employees actually chat with you to see if there is anything else they can get you. The sandwiches came hot with lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese and dill pickle chips. They also offer a variety of sauces so we asked for the signature Chick-fil-A, a honey mustard, and ranch. This restaurant was a 180 from the other location I visited. The waffle cut fries were crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. Their food and service were nothing like I had expected. That alone would have been a small but easily fixed problem. Given the very long wait to get food, I was just going to keep the sandwich I was given. (The wait at the window was 10-15 minutes or more.) Then I unwrapped the sandwich and saw the mold on the bun. That was something that needed to be fixed. I should have taken a picture of it for proof. So, I walked into the dining room, and up to the counter. I waited patiently while they helped another customer. Then when the person who seemed to be the manager was available, I showed him the bun with mold, and also noted it was the wrong sandwich. His response? "What do you want?" No sorry. No offer of a refund or replacement food. Taken aback, I asked for comped chicken tenders, and a refund for the sandwich that had mold. A reasonable request, given that mold is a problem reportable to the health department. Instead, the manager show the bun to a worker,not noting the mold, just saying it didn't look right in a dismissive tone. He then directed the worker to make another of the same (wrong) sandwich. I explained again that wasn't what I wanted, given the mold on the buns. Then he tried to charge me for the chicken strips and for "keeping the fries" that came with the combo meal. Finally he agreed to refund the whole combo meal. (He did not offer to refund the rest of the food from the multi person order, which would have been a good thing to do given the health violation.) While I was trying to explain, he snapped at me "I can understand English and I can hear you" which made no sense to bring up. I'll not be returning to this location, and it'll be a while before I order food at any Carl's Jr.
