Usually doesn't participate in deals advertised nationally. And last time I ordered a 12 piece I got seven drumsticks. Seven.

We got pop as our drink and I'm glad we asked but it is NOT non-stop (no free refills). Waitress was nice but very busy. Flavors and their ratings: Honey Garlic: 10/10 my personal favorite. Very well sauced. Dill pickle: 8/10 Flavoring was just a light dusting and did not stick really well to the wings. Nice flavor just wish there was more of it. Lemon pepper: 9/10 Flavoring stuck better to these wings. This was Friend 1s favorite as it had a nice zing to it. Bangin Bacon: 10/10 Friend 2s favorite, i also really enjoyed this one. Nice and creamy and flavor. Not a strong flavor. Moroccan: 3/10 everyone least favorite. Very bland. Tastes like paprika only. Overall the wings had a good amount of meat on them, were hot and fresh and I would come back!

You can usually find more parking behind the building near the Corner Pocket.  Admittedly, aside from their wings, I haven't had the chance to try any of their regular menu items so can't comment on those. But we've visited a handful of times on wing Wednesdays and are always pleased with the fast-paced service and flavours of their wings. My favourite picks are the Bangin' Bacon, Dill Pickle, Thai Chili, and of course, the classic Honey Garlic. I have found that on some busy nights, they've skimped out on the flavourings that we've had to scrape them from the bottom of the basket, but I'm sure the servers would be happy to bring you extra flavourings if you ask. Our most recent visit was a nice surprise as they were still decked out with their seasonal decorations; so fun! They also host a lot of local shows/concerts, so make sure to check out their website to stay updated!

First off, props that they were able to allow us a reservation for 60 people. That's no small feat in Sylvan. Hubs and I came early after a stroll in the icy cold and decided to warm up with a bowl of the chef's housemate chowder soup - and it was delicious! A perfect warm up from the cold. Hubs had a local Snake Lake beer and I had water. For mains we ordered the Inferno Burger (which was so wet that it was fall apart and not something I could really eat) and Rocket Salad with Chicken. I didn't try the burger as mentioned above and Hubs did eat it but said that he would not recommend it. He said it was hard to put his finger on but it definitely did not match it's name and was quite wet with a lot of some sort of burger sauce. The Rocket Salad with Chicken was exactly as described and a nice break from the usual pub fare. Our kiddo had wings and onion rings - they were gobbled up quickly. Overall, I'm giving a 4 star = Good and I would return but not enthusiastically. I think I'd prefer this place as a bar (which it is) but later in the evening when kids aren't allowed for a drink and a round of pool. The food was okay but pricey (as most stuff in Sylvan is). I bet this place is hopping in the summer as it has prime real estate right on the main drag against the lake.

I did call for a reservation in the morning for 8 plus a 2 year old. We were put in the private area which was okay. They charged us a 18 percent gratuity without telling me in advance. We always tip without being forced to. The food was okay but was charged for any extras including butter chives and bacon bits for the baked potato. There were no buns offered which were always were before. We were there for my birthday and probably won't be back.

Though even from his description, I thought it was going to be a seedy looking joint with great food! Instead, it ended up being a good-sized restaurant and sports bar. I sat on the bar side (it was pretty empty, but it was a weekday afternoon!). Sometimes, when places are empty, it's even harder to get service. Not here, the one server/bartender on for the afternoon was prompt with my drink order and a lunch menu. Lunch fare is usually pub food but with a Greek twist. Expect to find sandwiches, burgers and wrap.. but also some entrees like spanakopita. I opted for the grilled vegetable and chicken piadina (or piatina? something like that). It was a grilled pita filled with veggies, chicken, feta cheese and sauce. Soooo good! It hit the spot for a hungry wanderer like myself. There's nothing overly special about the drinks... the usual big name beers are on tap or in bottle. I'd up another star if they carried some Alberta beers. The bathrooms were also very clean and as new as the rest of Leto's! Clean bathrooms like this in a small town impress the pants off me... pardon the bathroom pun. There was a cash machine on premise, so I'm not sure if they accept debit or not.

All the other waitress had to say was "oh she is new so that's why she didn't warn you" inexcusable regardless. I puked the food up about a couple of hours after I ate there. Our party of 5 was greeted and quickly taken to a table on the dining room side. The high-top table was comfortable, with a leather bench on two sides, and a chair on the third (the waitresses, however, had trouble reaching the top to pour water). The food menu is pretty typical: appetizers, sandwiches, salads, "favourites", and burgers, as well as steak. Our group got an order of wings and an order of gyoza to start, and a range of dishes for our meal. Both starters were good - the wings were extra crispy, although not terribly meaty. I ordered the Grilled Cheeseburger for my meal, with sides of Caesar salad and poutine. This was a bit disappointing. The burger came out cold, and with an unmelted slice of processed cheddar. I sent it back to the kitchen to be fixed. The second attempt was better - the burger was on top the cheese, so it actually melted this time. The whole thing was gigantic - more than I could comfortably eat, and was flavoured enough to not need extra condiments. The poutine, however, was also a bit sad - the gravy wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese curds, so I effectively ate fries and gravy while leaving the cheese chunks to the side. Nobody else in my party really had any issues with their meals - curry, a rice bowl, butter chicken, and ribs, so it looks like I just got unlucky. I'll likely try it again, but I'll stick to a salad or saucy dish that will be better if served cold. 3/5 due to cold food, uninspired menu, and a general inability to impress.
