Ordered dinner here tonight. Was able to place mobile order for pick up. Thankfully we were able to pick everything up via the drive thru. That was super nice so we didn't have to go inside. All of our order was correct and came with all the extras like butter, honey, plenty of napkins. Chicken was hot and moist. Only criticism would be the green beans were way too salty for us. But everything else was yummy! read more

Haven't been to KFC in ages, so we decided to pick up a bucket at the drive thru... 8 piece bucket meal with white preferance. $23 and change, what a deal! Got home food still hot, sides were delicious, fluffy biscuits, yummy mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, plenty of butter spread and honey in the bag and the chicken, my gosh it was perfect! Large breast pieces, well seasoned, juicy, crispy amazing. Great job LHC KFC! Best we've had in ages long, long time! read more

Regarding KFC Original Thighs ONLY. No KFC option in the rural area I reside. I have been stuck on OT's for too many years and visit KFC Havasu for a fix when I travel there. Recently I ordered OT's and immediately noticed several changes. First, the color had a reddish hue. Second, the skin looked nothing like the OT's I've ordered my whole life. Texture was more heavily battered with bumps and crunch, I never order anything other than Original style. Third, the famous spice was missing and lacking. Honestly, the chicken was fine but that special KFC Original consistency was out to lunch somewhere. I'll give the Havasu location one more shot next trip. Don't roll over yet Colonel, RIP. Edwin M. Foot note ; what happened to acsessable trash cans for customers at Drive thru's ? They are harder to find than a Walmart "Associate". WTF. read more

Chicken was crap!! My order was so wrong pieces and salty. I even double checked my order and he assured me it was what I ordered. All the GOOD places closed. Now we all suffer with what's left. read more

Ugh I hate to have to post a review that's rated very little stars but....... After my friend & I got rained out from the lake, thanks to a monsoon we were hungry. We decided on KFC as it's one of our favorites. Of course I go to my Yelp page to find one & use the GPS to get there. Well we arrive & the lines for the drive they is LONG & it took FOREVER!! I did noticed signs on the door saying the dining room area was closed & only the drive thru was opened. Weird cause a little fast food restaurant next door had their dining room opened so my guess it wasn't due to COVID??? Anyways we were torn cause we were hungry & we had NO idea why the drive thru was so backed up & taking so long?? We ended up staying in line, we got a little lucky when the car in front of us decided they weren't waiting any longer & got out. Score we moved up a spot! After about 20-25 minutes of a wait we arrived to the ordering speaker & asked for the $20 special which has 8 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw & biscuits. We asked for extra crispy & was told that they were out. Well surprise, surprise! No matter what city or state we are in & when we go to a KFC none of them ever have extra crispy. They are ALWAYS sold out?!?!? How is this? Between Las Vegas, Bullhead & Lake Havasu none of you have ever had extra crispy chicken?? Then we get the next bad news.....they don't have any chicken ready & it will be 20 minutes before any is cooked!!! What??? After us waiting forever to get to the ordering window you now tell us your out of chicken?!?!? Well after waiting that long we decided to wait another 20 minutes...ugh! The lady was nice & suggested "maybe run an errand & come back in 20 minutes & park out front?" So that's what we did. When we got back to get our food we waited under a minute. It was hot & we got back to our room to chow down. Odd thing is we had a bucket with way more then 8 pieces in it, also got a box of 8 biscuits when we should have only gotten 4.....we were afraid we may have gotten someone else'a order....if so they probably weren't gonna be happy to find that out after that long wait. We sure weren't gonna go back there again......my friend had plenty of left overs. Food was good.... I'd give 5 stars for the food & the friendly lady. 2 stars go to that long wait & for never having extra crispy chicken. read more

I personally think that their new dunk it deal is way over rated, first the sauces are just average, the mash potato's are nothing special, third but the most important to me is that the chicken tenders were tough I definitely would NOT order again!! read more

Normally the food is great have always enjoyed eating here. But tonight was over the top bad !! The chicken was not tender like normal and the biscuits were raw and not cooked , I guess what gets me is the employee who made our order had to pick up the biscuits and could feel they were raw but gave them to us anyway we were drive through so we wouldn't find them till we got home read more

Wow, I heard about the special, 10 dollar bucket of chicken on Tuesday. We ordered the extra crispy. When we got home and opened the bucket we both said, WTF is that. it looked to be original. They must have cooked it all day. It was hard to tell one what piece from another. Just a pile of overcooked mushy crap. It was disgusting ! I was afraid to give it to my dog. read more

Food was subpar. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Asked if they had a 2 piece snack, guy says "so you want a 2 piece without sides ? I said yes. A 2 piece meal is $7.99 and includes chicken, biscuit, side & drink. They charge me 5.49 for the chicken & $2.59 for the med drink, which totals $8.08 before tax. Another employee says " some people want to pay more to have it there way. Wow! Not sure if I will ever return. Could've charged for the meal and kept the side, but did not seem to care. So I'm going through the drive thru at 645 pm. Ordered 3 2-piece meals, dark meat. Was told I'd have to take a breast, no, I don't want that. Then it will be 10 minutes. Ok, I'll wait. Now it's 20 minutes later, I go inside and ask about my food. 6 minutes left on the fryer. 6 minutes left on the fryer? There was only a 10 minute wait to begin with. WTF?? Also, when I first ordered I wanted extra crispy, we don't have any of that, so changed to original. I'm here like 30 minutes, so much for fast food!!!!!!!I've had issues here before, this will be my last issue. Plenty of other places in town.....no apology, no way!!!!! read more

I ordered the chicken tenders last evening as part of a meal package. Everything was great Except the chicken strips they were so bad. Nice, quick lunch. Spicy chicken excellent and fries very good. Staff helpful and restaurant nice and clean. Solid KFC!

I have always loved KCF, but lately it's been horrible. The last time I got food was yesterday and I got the famous bowl. it only had 4 tiny pieces of chicken that were either overcooked or undercooked. about an hour or less after eating it, I got the worst stomach ache and now believe I have food poisoning as I'm still having stomach issues the next day.... read more

I preface this with the fact that I am Usually a KFC fan. Basically any other KFC restaurant than this one. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on more than 1 occasion coming in to town and the simple fact is they are clearly incompetent at cooking the food and at getting the orders correct. Im not even talking about busy holiday weekends. It's mid-week, no holiday! Mashed potato was so dry and salty - inedible and with almost no gravy. Should also mention 2 of the 3 orders of mashed potato were missing and instead we got more watery coleslaw than could be ever eaten. The chicken was dried out just plain disgusting. Again! read more

Worst customer service you can imagine. I have been to this location three times. Approximately a year between visits. Snarly, rude, unhappy teenagers everytime. Either the manager doesn't know how to hire or treats employees like crap. Today was the best - cursed out by employee for askingvhim to put on his mask. read more

I wish this place had better food that is better quality. The last time I ate here my food was cold. I would have never thought delivery from a KFC would be amazing, but last night's dinner totally exceeded my expectations! The food wasn't just hot but it was on fire! I normally love KFC, but this joint sucks! Twice now I have ordered the $5 fill up, with fries, got mashed potato, both times? No biscuits tonight, but no discount on price?? It will be a long time before I will give this location a try again! read more

Haven't had K.F.C. for a while so we gave it a go. The chicken tasted like it was not done very greasy and we did not feel good after eating it. So overdone & stale but GREASY & FRIED BEYOND EDIBILITY. Probably worst KFC ever as well as worst chicken.

My granddaughter and I decided KFC sounded good this evening. It was rainy, so we opted for the drive through. We ordered our meals, and I told the lady at the window that we were staying at a hotel and needed forks, salt, and honey. When a man handed our order to me, I asked if we had salt and honey assuming anyone working at a fast food restaurant would know that two meals contains mashed potatoes would require two forks. Nope! One fork. The chicken was salty, greasy, and very overlooked. By the looks of the reviews, repeat business isn't their thing anyway. read more

I have gone to kfc a few times. Every single time I have gotten my order, something was missing. Today I ordered, the original chicken was soggy and the ice tea tasted like straight up water!! The Mac and cheese also didn't taste right! I keep giving them chances but still no change. I won't be going to KFC in lake havasu anymore. To make matters worse, when I call them to let them know about the food, they don't answer the phone. I called 10 times and they just let it ring. It's 347 so not even dinner rush!! How busy can they be to not answer the phone at this time!! Disgusted!. read more

So, it's KFC and it's Havasu...hopefully you already have lowered expectations....right? I do but, comon, I still want a decent value and decent service. Not gonna happen here. From the manager to the cashiers...all clueless and irritating. On a previous occasion we ordered a bucket of chicken and some sides to take out on the boat. I like the KFC coleslaw and mashed potatoes, weird but true. The original fried chicken tastes good and the authentic flavor I like but, the size and quality of the chicken is just pathetic. It's pretty bad when I'm thinking that the stuff at Albertson's is way better. This most recent visit was to finally try the grilled chicken. Waited 15 minutes for it, so it ought to be as good as it gets for freshness. Yuck, what a joke the "grilled" chicken is. I can't imagine this stuff being around for very much longer. Again the size and quality of the chicken is just terrible. El Pollo Loco didn't make it in this city so good luck with this crap. Value? No way. If you have a coupon the pricing is just barely OK. Without a coupon you will spend the same amount at Scotty's Broasted Chicken where you get at least double the size and quality on the chicken...FRESH cooked on every order!! Really wanna cheap out?...go to Albertson's or Safeway or Basha's. read more
