They said they no longer accept reservations by phone. They advised to show-up and ask in person. We did. Of course, parking was a nightmare on a Sunday afternoon. We had to park about 2 miles away. So we beared the headache and arrived in person and my husband was seated right away with the dogs, outside in the covered awning. It was cramped and a very small bistro table but they had a heater next to us. My husband ordered for us. Of what we tried, the bedtime part was the wings. I ordered the Filet but it was not a Filet cut! I was pretty miffed but I was hungry from all the walking so I kept it. It was an awful steak so the dogs were extra spoiled that day. We ordered the Duck from the dog menu and they enjoyed it a lot. The waitress brought it out in dog bowls and was happy to serve them. :) We were overall disappointed with the quality of food for the price...but the service was excellent and the dogs enjoyed their meal. The food is definitely not heavy and greasy that will leave you with a stomach ache like McDonald's in the States. Their kiosk system is cool and easy to use but for some reason it wouldn't take my credit card. I had to pay up front. The ladies that work here are rude and not very nice haha. I´ve always found subway to be a place you just stop by for a quick snack but today, this place gave me the ultimate subway experience! The staff took their time in presenting your order with the outmost love and precision! I actually feel like I ate a soundwich made out of love and other cute things! I will be back 4/5
