The situation was handled without discretion or empathy and felt inappropriate and excessive. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.

My suggestion if you are going to prioritize the drive thru over the in person dinning room sales then just close the f-ing dining room all together. Nobody should be waiting 45 f-ing minute for 2 tiny tacos.

My bill came out as a whopping total of $26.74, and the took off $3.00 off because my bill total was over $15.00, so I should be grateful right? NO!!... This is fast food that is way overpriced and not what it should be at these prices. So needless to say this is my last time ever eating here, this is why I don't eat fast food. When I arrived they hadn't made my food and I had to sign my purchase receipt so I don't understand how they wouldn't have been able to refund my account! Really unprofessional service. I will be ordering from Wingstop from now on. Horrible and rude when I was asking questions as well. I tried to find resolution but they didn't want to help at all.
