I cancelled the order - it's not good enough to have it sitting for over an hour going dry and cold. Tried again tonight, on their tracker again it was sat in 'quality control' for about 25 minutes after being made, which just means it's being left out in the queue to be delivered. When it arrived it was cold, missing toppings in a large area in the middle, and the pepperoni that was present was dry, and some of them were burned. Given 25 minutes in 'quality control' you'd have thought they might have spotted that. I used to order occasionally a few years ago, and it was quite nice. Now it's genuinely disgusting and I don't understand how the branch could have fallen into such disarray. Management simply aren't doing their job and it shows. Avoid at all costs.

We often buy the kids lunch on the way back from shopping at the weekend, and the staff are friendly, quick and rarely make mistakes. They even helped us get a better deal (and thus spent LESS money) at the drive through once. They have the usual breakfast menu and burger menu, and do all the specials. They always give the kids different toys in their happy meals which is great and something the other branches dont think about.
