If you live in this general area (Memphis and south of Memphis), you've come to expect not to have good service. It took a while for anyone to even acknowledge us at the counter.... Zero sanitary practices... bathrooms were a mess. Depressing. I watched a lady take the mashed potatoes scoop bang it on the counter and stick it right into the rice. Work spaces were a mess. Yall... ratchet. Based on the picture you know NO one is washing their hands... plus all the hand sanitizer was out. Bless the nice boy with dreads who took our order. All I ordered was a hot dog combo. I just barely made it back to work in time while going to lunch here. My hot dog was messy and looked like it was fixed real fast and just thrown in the bag while the French fries were cold and they didn't give me any ketchup. Nope, I don't care to come back here.

They never put ketchup in your bag even if you get French fries unless you remember to ask for it. Furthermore, they never smile and ask for your business to come back. Altogether, this fast food restaurant is below average in giving customer service. No sense in asking for a manager and complaining either because they won't do anything about it.
