You order via the kiosk and you can at the kiosk using cards or bring your printout to the front to pay in cash. What I like about this place is that it's pretty spacious but at the same time spaced out so you don't feel like it's crowded. Also this and all KFC in Italy have hot wings which is my favorite and unfortunately KFCs in the US took it away from the menu. Hot wings are the best especially with sweet and sour sauce (in US) but all sauces in KFC here costs extra. I do like you can refill fountain drinks and you can get good napkins. Overall I like the place and I'm happy I got to have hot wings here outside of US. For those who enjoy KFC, I highly highly recommend you try the ones in China; even better!

The quality of coffee is actually better than you would expect, there is a large selection of deserts (which are not bad either), but most of all: they have decent take away cups! I hate nothing more, than drinking my coffee out of a plastic cup, possibly covered with alu foil by the barista to keep it warm. Coffee to go is incredibly underrated in this country. The fact that I can get it here for 1.50€ compared to 4$ I spend on it in New York makes this one of my favorite spots in the world to go in, grab a coffee and get out as soon as possible, because still, it's a McDonald's and I don't really like to stay there!
