Went in ordering and paying for 6 tables with 8 chairs and got 6 tables with 6 chairs the day of the party... worst part is the table cloth was the size of the table for 8 places so it was huge! I called the rental place to complain and they told me I was wrong... how could I be wrong when I knew I was having a party for 48 people? we ended up having to go somewhere else to rent a table for 12 seats last minute. the next day to pick everything up, they showed up without warning to pick up the table cloths. very disappointed and definitely won't be using their services again because customer service and the professionalism was also disappointing. read more

Worst place for party rentals. I booked an rented a party worth over $5000. An they brought all the wrong party supplies. The party was for a male and They brought all-female thanks my son was crying. The man Jose he's just a no good POS. The way he talked to my mother I wanted to but I let it go because of her. Worst Customer Service! We went in looking for invitations, full decor and cake. The owner did not acknowledge us and acted like we needed her, she didn't need or care for our business. Take your business elsewhere!! read more

The rental is too costly for a basic and frugal appearance. I do not recommend, sadly. It certainly did not meet my personal standards.

Unfortunately the experience I had with Keylas party store was not what I was expecting from them. They usually do great projects from what I have seen. They left my baby shower cake till last minute to do, told me to go pick it up an hour late mind you the cake didn't arrive till almost 2 hours late. I paid for my cake to be done perfect and paid them the money for the cake a month and a half in advanced so they could see I really wanted it done perfect. They told me pick it up at 3 cake was not ready till 5ish. I went to the store 2 times to tell her please make the cake Royal blue, gold, and white. The owner of the store assured me my cake would be done perfect, my colors did not match, and they cake me a small box to carry a 3 layer cake. On her copy and mine of the receipt she drew out the cake and put the colors on it 2 times .Mind you if you messed the cake up it wasn't their fault. My cake colors turned out to be Baby blue and white not no detail from the pictures I will be posting .The girls who run the business were extremely rude to my partner and I, and did not care wether we took the cake or left it. On top of that I was upset and the lady who made my cake told me not to speak the way I spoke because I was a pretty girl and it made me look ugly. (How do they expect me not to be upset when my cake was promised to be perfect.) In all honesty I would not recommend getting a cake from here, you're better off going somewhere else. read more
