I was always under the impression that blue crabs were hard to come by here in Tampa Bay so it came as a surprise to me when my mom saw they were selling it this late in the year. She came across a random Facebook ad after Googling places for over a month. The people are super responsive on social media and helped my mom when she went in person to order. There is an option to have your order cooked at the place or bought fresh. We dont live closeby but are always up to make the drive. They have a nice special for live blue crabs: buy one dozen, get one free, so we decided to just boil our own batch at home and enjoy it with our own sides! The crabs were very clean and the small was not even that small! We have gone back on three separate occasions and were able to request female crabs 2 of the 3 times.
