My…read moreneighbors had had destruction to their home from the storm and told me of the amazing and prompt service they received from Steve Meehan's office. I don't know if anyone remembers how difficult it was to have insurance come and look and get you a check for all the damage that storm had caused but her check came within the shortest period of time. Honestly that was enough for me since at that time I was actually working for an insurance company and answering phones and hearing all the stories about insurance companies not getting back to their clients or being able to cut them a check to cover the storms damages. I called Steve's office asked for pricing to bundle our home and auto and his was a very good price. Julia La Terra in his office has been assisting me for years. I always have questions about pretty much everything. Recenly we added my 17 year old son and his first vehicle and she is always so wonderful in responding to all of my emails. She even contacts me with suggestions on changes to make to my policy that would benefit our family!!! I highly recommend their office for all of your insurance needs.

More importantly, as Dad got older, he took the time to loop in my wife and I to be sure that everyone had all the information, even scheduling extra Zoom meetings for my wife and I when we moved to Texas. Josh and his team responded promptly to all requests and never failed to follow up to be sure that we had everything we needed. When Dad passed last year, Josh and his team helped us file life insurance claims, transfer accounts to Mom, and even when we made the difficult decision to close our account (we consolidated everything with our local Texas advisor), Josh's team helped us get everything promptly squared away. We really appreciate the years we worked with this group.
